I had an idea for a scam: Remember the flower update? Where the flower car was? Well, one of the items was a LAVENDER toy. If you accept too quickly you may not realize its not a diamond lavender but a THROW TOY! The only reason I know about this is because I have a lavender throw toy. :P Good thing diamond lavender looks like its in a pot and not just the lavender itself :)

There’s another scam where a person wears something from the “dress up” category and says it’s a legendary item and trades someone an item that looks similar to it. It’s another scam i almost fell for.

I got scammed as well but it was a bit different. I had my very rare pet. I forgot what it was but it was rare. I traded this dude and he offered me a broom. It looked very similar to the legendary broom. I was so excited that i offered him my very rare pet and some aussie eggs. He accepted and I was very happy. But when i was going to check it out and ride it..it wasn't in the toys section. I was very confused. I then found it in the pet wear area and I was so mad. I looked for the guy but I never found him... I reported him and that is the end. Also ty for sharing this info. Every one. When you see something that looks like something rare, first let them show you it :)

yea and also ive seen a similar scam where people use a shoe chew toy which can be bought from the pet store and dressed up and theres an exact same shoe in the dress up and you can where it its quite big and say to people its a very rare vehicle and trade the chew toy for frost dragons and stuff like that. adopt me should remove the chew toy lol

This is the exact same as the witches broom scam! They do the broom pet wear instead of the actual broom you can fly on.

Its similar to this scam Theres one called the witches broom and its a pet wear aswell TO make sure its not a scam hold down on the item in trade or on pc hover mouse over it If it says witches broom it is not rare Flying broomstick is rare! They can also take it out mid-trade so before you hit accept always check!

This is similar to how I got scammed for my frost fury cause the said the Patterns Egg was an actual egg. It was food...😭

Tip: always ask them to take out the “really rare” vehicle and ride it/drive it Also once someone offered a unicorn plush and I actually thought it was a real unicorn then someone told me it was fake so I quickly declined- just always make sure it’s really what they say it is!

fact I had a broom which looked like EXACTLY THE REAL BROOM I was trading broom aka pet wear broom someone said they will offer bat since I rlly liked it bc it was new so I did it and a few sec past and then she came crying to me saying that's not a broom and telling me to give it back I was rlly confused at Ist- But when I finally understood I told her I was rlly sorry and gave her pet back I also gave the pet wear broom for free I felt so sorry for her TvT

So someone done this to me, and they tried trading me a wierd looking bunny, that bunny is purpulish and doesnt look like a real pet bunny, i thought its a pet from an egg that no longer exist in game, but when i checked it and its just a plush, i declined it and said "scammer"

I saw someone trade their "invisible ox" for a neon kitsune even tho me and this other guy literally spammed the chat explaining the scammer literally just fed the ox a translucent tea

One time i got scammed out of this fake broomstick which was a pet wear but the person said it was really rare broom which you could fly on i added my neon fly ride artic fox and after we did the trade i realized it was fake but the person left i miss marshmallow (the name of my neon artic fox ) so much

i got scammed by halloween's witch broom, in 2019 there was a vehicle called like that, but in 2020 we could got the pet wear called ''witch broom'' so i got scammed thinking there was the rare vehicle. beware of scammers!!
