Muhammad Fikri LeatherFace only appears at midnight when there's a full moon. Go to the place with the rusty car on it's side. Go to the car. Look up and empty a FULL magazine of whatever gun you're using at the centre of the moon. You'll hear a chainsaw noise. Follow the noise until it becomes louder. You'll meet LeatherFace. He's indistrucable - and you will die. I've only managed this twice.
