@@dipperpines_pika9171 from what I saw because saw all of part 1 and almost all of part 2 Dipper was uncomfortable around Gideon and some people blush easier than others at kisses and complaments from friends and at time even family. Dipper just blushes easier than other people, it is even seen on the show.
