When Ben Roberts was selected to play Conway the makers of The Bill did a brilliant job as his facial expressions in some episodes have me in tears of laughter same with the tone of his voice

Any episode where Conway says something sarcastic or raises his voice is an A+ episode in my book. And it’s always nice to see a thoughtful, kind, quiet side of Dave Quinnan.

The episode you’re looking for is called An old fashioned term s4e41 Mr Kelly played Trevor Peacock is found by Jim Carver Viv Martella & Taffy Edwards near a young woman who was found dead & naked & all 3 plus Burnside think he killed her Tosh Lines is in this episode

Sleeve retainers are a vintage male accessory, that were often used to keep cuffs clear of rubbing or scuffing paperwork. They stopped the cuffs from trailing in the wet ink on paper or when typesetting...! 😉👍
