for Vader being a "villian" he did free a lot of people and was actually fair in his dealings. This guy deserved what he had coming to him, sometimes the best way people like this learn...its the hardway.

JRGProjects Vader may have done evil things. But I dont think Vader or even the dark side are actually inheritantly evil. Its just a different path to achieve your desires. Even the Jedi had desires and goals but in the process of their goals Jedi overlooked and allowed many evils to happen to achieve their version of "good" peace and stability. At the cost and expense of others like slavery in some star systems but maintaining stability. The dark side strives to achieve peace and stability but through brutal force and domination and by embracing the emotions like make up your desires. Both can be seen as just different paths to the same goal in a way

The Internet Goose I never said he was good either lol. Killing children is never good (unless its due to like a plague or something) and Vader certainly deserved to die for that crime, and also for many others he commites in Palpatines directed orders. And personally I dont believe Vader deserved to be redeemed but he was by finally killing Palpatine. If he hadnt killed Palpatine the Sith would have won, Luke never would have been strong enough to beat palpatine. Vader is just a tragic character. With all sorts of grey areas marred by evil acts and good intentions.

I'm surprised at how well this story arc developed. There's this beautifully excuted parallelism about the relationships of the billionaire and his son with Darth Sidious and Vader respectively. It's very subtle but I feel like it was definitely on purpose because it rhymes so well.
