We bought our first caravan 3 months ago. My 6yr old daughter LOVES watching your videos every night before bed! She always asks to watch a caravan video, the ones with her friends in (you guys!). She knows more about the technical stuff of a caravan than her dad!! This one has had us in stitches for the last half hour! Thank you for bringing joy and giggles into our lives!

Happy Xmas, and thanks for the chuckles. We have a possible theme for you during the off season period. How about polling your subscribers for their “Dealer Experiences”, both good and bad.......Here’s a one from us to get started, when we collected our new Challenger earlier this year. We’re new to solar panels and modern caravan equipment. So when the salesman was explaining the Swift Command panel, showing what was happening with the battery. I queried why the 80W solar panel was only producing 0.3 Watts on a sunny day. He didn’t know, so asked one of the technicians to check it. He opened the adjacent locker, pointed to a beige electronic box, showing a green light, and said “There it’s showing green so it’s charging”. At first I said OK, but surely it should be producing more power, then noticed in mid sentence what he was pointing at was the DAB radio...............Turns out the answer actually was the controller was in the other side of the van, the green light should flash, and it doesn’t charge if the mains is connected. All from the largest dealer in my area............. Cheers from John & Al.
