Hello Jibid, I feel the need to acknowledge and extend my heartfelt gratitude to you for this wonderful gift. The remade of your original concept, the black forest, was way beyond my expectations. I love how each page is ambiguous, just like how a forest contains haphazard routes. Every time I turn the pages, it sends a chill down my spine. I can totally sense how getting lost in the forest can be extremely horrifying and exhilarating at the same time. In addition, I adore the collages composed of miscellenous fibers and fabrics. Anything that is perceptible by touch generates a more realistic sensation of the forest. I may be exaggerating, but I honestly feel like I'm holding the entire forest in my arms. As this tome is very precious to me, I won't be writing in it. Not to mention, I collect journals to admire because I am not the type of person to journal. On a side note, we could not believe you have actually paid the cemetery a visit just to accumulate specimens for this journal! You are incredibly dedicated to providing the best quality, value, and service to your customers. You are a meticulous craftsman and your talents will be only be amplifying overtime. Stanley and I hope to converse with you for another custom order again. Thank you very much for fulfilling my dreams of owning such a perfect journal. (: Sending lots of love, Anna and Stanley

Please don't apologize for your video being too long! So many artists say that in their videos! As if it is a chore to watch their video and they feel sorry that we have to go through till the end! I can't be the only person who feels this way, right? I love to see the beautiful creations that jibid and other artists create and are kind enough and brave enough to show online! Alot of times I wish the videos were longer and that the youtuber wouldn't rush through so fast because I love seeing all the little details! Jibid, I hope you know that we appreciate the time you take to make your videos and how many people are inspired by your work and cant wait to see what your next creation is!

Oh Jibid, I truly believe you may have out done yourself with this journal. A work of art indeed, it takes one on a journey deep within the forest. It evokes the imagination and I found myself lost in all the possibilities of each page. I used to live in Tahoe National Forest out side of an old and tiny mining town close to a river. My sister lived there too and was an amazing artist that loved to create things from nature, she wove pine needle baskets and garnished the tops with acorns an seed pods. She also foraged for wood spirts that lived in in old downed trees, she would carve faces into them and it was always a treat to see what would emerge. I treasure time times we spent together walking deep into our forest home foraging for moss, leaves, stones and seed pods. This journal brought back these precious memories and as dark as the theme of this journal was I could still see the sunlight that whispered through the trees. You are an amazing artist Jibid and I so appreciate all you share of your talent and creative spirt. With love and blessings. ✨💞✨💫

What a treat!! Too funny, glad the tree wasn't a real creepy man lol😮. When I visited the Lake District many years ago, I was walking with a group and we came upon a sheep caught up in brambles. Scary though we did help him out, got a little scraped up, but cool thing was it happened on Easter morn. So we were happy to help the poor fellow that day especially 😊. This is definitely my fav Jibid. Priceless. Lucky gal!💕

Hey Jibid! Can I borrow your brain for a day? Kay, thanks! 🤣🤣 Lol I really wish you could see all the animations that my face and body go through when I'm watching! Lol! It's ridiculous! Because you're soooo good! Gothic is my most favorite style, and I'm working on some currently. However the style of Gothic that I am trying to work on at this point in time, is not the same as the style that I have done in the past. It's actually more exactly like what you have captured here. It looks like you have completely mastered this style of Gothic, so in this case I am absolutely 100% looking to you for inspiration. There are so many beautiful things in this book and I just can't even tell you how much I love it all. Also I was really cracking up at that story about you and the forest that is absolutely hilarious LOL! Thanks for sharing this, and again thank you for being such an inspiration! PS - I would totally get lost with you and go on a Gothic castle hunt! 🖤🖤🖤😉😉

What a joy it is to discover your work. Before you I knew nothing of most techniques in your videos. I’ve been busy acquiring supplies so I can try plant transfers, flower hammering and the big achievement of eco dyeing. Electric burner, alum, tongs, giant pot, tracing paper, onion skin paper, empty spray bottles, sheets of plastic, wooden clothes pins, koolaide, ink stains, ombré thread, disposable gloves.... lets see what else? I think I need to go find rusty items to simmer during the eco dyeing. Oh! What fabric do you use? Muslins? Silk? Sure wish you taught a class on this!

Thank you for taking the time to share your time and your thoughts as you completed yet another great work of Art! You inspire as so many love to tell you! I like to think it was the Spirit of the Yellow Holly viewing you and trying to decide what you were doing in his World...he morphed into the gentleman in the yellow raincoat so as to portray himself in a form that was familiar to you and that you would recognize. Your ability to move between the 2 worlds is such a gift as you are both human and wood nymph yourself which leaves your soul able to interpret and do visual art so that others who are less gifted are able to see the 'other world' through your eyes. Is it probable that there is a Druid Queen lurking in your Family Tree? I know there is more than meets the eye in your great works..never underrate your soulfulness!

Jibid, your videos always end too soon for me! 😊 The dark feather that you randomly inserted between the pages was unexpected and brilliant! Cover to cover interest and intrigue! Love it! 😊

Simply amazing journal, Jibid! It's gorgeous!! You are braver than I am, I'd have passed out thinking I saw that man in the cemetery. Yikes! Debbie :)

I keep watching this video. Everytime is like having a walk in the forest. Dark, deep and gothic. Every single one of your journals is a work of art, but this in particular is a masterpeace!
