Her latest video described how the person who was making payments to purchase the micro village, backed out and demanded all their money back. My question is, can she legally sell the village without the blessing or ok from the chief or chiefs. I remember when she and Ayoko went to the chiefs house to purchase the land. I thought I remember someone explain that you never own the land, you lease it for 50 years, it then transfers back to the chief or tribe. Is this true?
