Found this song by accident..in the shower listening to hip hop/rap, and this song starts playing..didnt jump out and change it, because I thought it was an advertisement. Listened to the song all the way through, and played it again. Since then, I've added a bunch of church songs, and deleated my rap/hip hop list. These guys are good..and it shows their passion for this song. Thanks!

Thank you for singing these songs! I was at the service when Kari Jobe and Cody Carnes and all of Elevation singers and choir sang this! The wind of the Holy Spirit was so strong and it felt like the body of Christ was standing all across the world united! Amen! I felt the Holy Spirit STRONGLY tell me just before lockdown started in my country (in Europe) in mid-March that WayMaker is His gift of encouragement...and then when "The Blessing" came out and Kari Jobe said they wrote it in a couple of hours and the Lord said to release it immediately...WELL! That is for sure the second anthem of this period. The Johnsons at Home (an acoustic set with 5 singers/guitarists and thecello/violin players at Bethel) recorded recently includes both songs too (one at the start and one at the end) as well as "You Reign Above it All" and "Goodness of God"

The Holy Spirit should have also told you that you should have come with something more concrete that I can relate to to convince me to send you my good earned money that I work hard for to you. And that this woman isn't moved by mere words that are general to everyone. Every body has a spiritual battle going on in their lives and if the Holy Spirit did send you to me He would have sent you armed like David and not overly confident and stupid like Goliath. It will spare you much pain and heartache that adults go thru because they only learned this at an older age. You are awesome and the Lord has great things for you.

So grateful for this song. My daughter (5) has been diagnosed with brain cancer. This is the song I sing to her in my heart. I know His face shines upon her and I can see His grace in her. She is going through chemotherapy at the moment. She's had surgery and radiation therapy, yet she is still a bundle of joy. No matter how terrible she is feeling, a smile is never far away. She is such a brave girl. God has been gracious to us as a family. The "May His favor be upon you, and a thousand generations..." part is such a trigger though. I can't help but wonder if she will get to be a mother one day, I wonder if the blessing I see in her life will go for "a thousand generations". "And your family and your children and their children, and their children." God, I can see your presence beside her. You are with her, in the morning, in the evening in her coming and her going, in her weeping and rejoicing. Amen

One time I met a warfare, I almost couldn't survive. I cried to the Lord "Pray for me, my highest priest". I cast it to the Lord, then my phone shown first recommend song just here. I knew it's the message to me, I clicked. Like he sang upon me, brought comfort, infused his life in and his love surround. Dark pain inside melted and gone. Keep close to God and He will guide you to greater things He has planned for you. Keep connected too with other believers through telephone, text, online platform, be proactive. If you can, go out for a walk and revel in God’s creations; the wild flowers, the birds, the changing sky each moment and each day etc. Trust in Him, what better time to see His faithfulness working in our lives. Jesus Loves us so much! Way beyond our understanding. He’s always working and able to be found when we call upon him with a true heart. Depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, drugs, all have to leave at the name of Jesus! When we confess Jesus is the Son of God, and died on the cross for our sins and rose on the third day, ask him to forgive us of ours sins, and confess that he is our savior, all the powers of darkness will have to leave which held us so bound! Glory be to the lamb of God! There’s nothing greater than being a child of the King and feeling his presence when we call upon him!
