I just ordered it! It was out of print for a while but just came back in print. I've wanted it for a while. Not sure if I'll film it, but I'll definitely play it. Have you tried it? What did you think?

Another great board game channel I have never heard of with 20k subscribers. Curses to the KZfaq feed/algorithm. GREAT playthrough.... not only for the rules/game play but also the production. Great lighting, sound, and background music that isn't too much in the foreground

wonder why he did bury all the corpses in one turn? 12:52 Explained at 14:32 I didn't realize the strength of card is a factory in burning too. ie level 3 corpse takes accomplishes of value 3 to bury

This is a wonderful playthrough! This game is one of my favorites! I love the theme and mechanics. I always try to keep at least one affinity card for each action in my hand to make things easier. Just to make sure, you are playing with the Unlimited Wealth variant, right? 😁

Haha! Yes, the name of the hotel is a "Dead" give away...ok, I couldn't help it. Anyway, I Loved the play-through! It's always helpful to see a loss as well as a win. Thanks! Oh, and the music is great as well, really added to the tone!

@@TotallyTabled I did. Played like 5 solo games so far. Lost the last two (got caught with some bodies), but still having a blast. I think it’s going to get a lot of plays. The set up is a lot simpler than a lot of other solo games in my collection.

Have this game for over 4years but never played it . Glad to know it can be played solo because that is my only mode of play! Will return to your video for sure. Btw: Is it possible to have the overhead camera closer to the table.....sorry, maybe my eyesight is not great 😕 Thanks for your wonderful solo teachings. Kind regards from the UK.

Hello! I hope my video helps. Don't worry about your eyes. This one was filmed with my older camera, so things won't be as crisp as my newer stuff. With the old camera I had to move higher up to see the whole table. My new camera is full framed, so I can move so much closer. Filming board games is very difficult. Just lighting the scene is a nightmare! With each playthrough I learn something new and hopefully things are steadily improving. Thanks for watching!

Thanks. I appreciate how difficult and frustrating filming with one camera pointing on a table can be. Sorry, I did not mean to sound rude, it is nice to hear that it is not my eyesight but your old camera. Anyway, I think you are doing a wonderful job for solo players like myself and Hit the Z Road video made the game great fun to play. Carry on making these wonderful solo videos....much appreciated. Quick question a little late to the video, if a player is stuck on 40 is it in their best interest to launder money on a turn? Thanks, your video helped me understand this game better!

Yep, absolutely. Laundering at the right time is a big part of the game. You might even only launder 30 so you have some cash on hand for paying bribes. Thanks for watching William!

there was a misplay I think. u can't pick up more than one card in the hotel(bribe) even if they cost zero.

@@TotallyTabled peasants yes but I meant passengers. because the shopkeeper gives the ability to bribe as many as u can afford on one turn. there isn't I defined rule for that unfortunately. and saw pple play this by their own rules. can't find out which one is correct. thanks BTW Sir,

Your question feels like the start of a joke, but the Baron is good for a cheap kill or just building to get a few bucks, especially if you need to top off your cash before laundering. Thanks for watching!
