he's one of the quad players for 22 line... pretty sure he wanted to be a bluecoat from a young age and this show they were playing an excerpt from was a huge motivator for him

This is just so special, because this ballad for a lot of the 2022 members standing there is the reason they chose the coats. A huge reason I'm pursuing drum corps is because of the 2016 show. Amazing performance!!!

I was fortunate to play as a member of the alumni corps that night. I marched in some pretty cool bluecoats shows, but the raw emotion across the board from alumni corps and the audience that night was like nothing I'd ever experienced as a performer before. So blessed to be able to share that memory.

Y’all made the night. It was so special. People were balling left and right in pure joy seeing past generations coming together to put on a show like that. Just amazing

I was so thrilled to be able to be on the field that night as an alumni. I cannot tell you how many times I've watched this video. The reaction from everyone but especially the active corps was so special. 6W 💙🍁

My reaction was nearly the same as them. I never thought i would ever get to see the downside up ballad played live, because i wasnt a big fan of dci until 2018. Being able to hear this masterpiece performed live brought tears to my eyes, it was beautiful, thank you bluecoats.
