If the new C63s would have kept the V8, it'll probably hard to pick between these two cars. But they opted for a 4 cylinder (really!?), for me it's no brainer to pick M3 CS.

i6 or V6 with that hybrid system would’ve been a great car. But went for a 4 cylinder probably for a pointless flex that just blew up in their face. Audi and BMW will be thanking Merc for the new customers.

@@gaara4667Can concur your statement, some of my customers are from Mercedes and it makes selling BMW that much easier. I usually shut up on the test drive and the car will sell itself. M power babyyy💪🏼

Its the same BS reasons Porsche took the Flat6 Cayman and swapped it for a Flat4. Same MPGs, Same 0-60 times. It just sounded worse.@@gaara4667

My M3CS is arriving at the dealer this week and it is the exact same spec as this video. It will be my daily driver with a new 812 GTS for weekends. The ultimate 2 car garage under a million $ IMO. Watching this makes me want to move back to SoCal tho. Amazing weather and roads.

It looks like you and I have similar taste! My 812GTS is in AZZURO DINO and my M3CS is in Signal Green. Love them both! I do own 30+ other cars though 😂😂😂 my top 3 sedans are the M3CS, Project 8 and CT5 V BW 6MT.

I could not agree more! I was very pleasantly surprised ones are arrived. I knew it was gonna be good, but I did not realize how good. I am fortunate to own a 2023. 50 JAHRE car and a 2023 CSL, this thing is better than either one of them! To answer your question as to what would be equally as fast or maybe even a little bit faster, that would be a 2019 Project 8. I own both of these cars so I can tell you that Jag’s suspension is more sophisticated than the M3CS, brakes (I have PCCBs on the BMW) are on par, AWD system seems to be more sophisticated on the BMW, fit and finish is definitely better on the BMW. As far as new cars, none of them even come close. The new C63 is a huge disappointment, the RS5 is just not good enough. CT5 V BW is a lot of fun to drive and is in a legal it’s owned because of a manual transmission, but head to head, I think it’s gonna lose to the M3CS (I do own an all option BW too). Do some rap, as a true BMW fan and somebody that owns 12 M cars, I am very happy with this one. This car and the.F87 M2CS are my 2 favorite BMWs since the S54 engined cars!

Knowing BMW, gotta put "550 HP" in quotes, this car is making no less than 600 at the crank with the numbers it puts out IMO

@@myemailiscoolthis makes sense. If it does have 600 hp from the engine then after passing through the drivetrain, transmission etc the power might end up being 550.

@@gaara4667 ya i've always thought the Germans rate the HP at the wheels when they say what it is, subtracting drivetrain loss. Because that would be quintessential german, giving you the *exact* power you feel when driving haha.

as an owner of a 22 m3cx, I have to say, I'm not wowed by the Harmon kardon sound system and would hope in the future that the top of the line 3 series gets the bowers and wilkins. and for the 130+ that one should expect to get the m3cs for, it should definitely have the bowers and wilkins found in the similarly priced larger m cars.

when you use worlds like "the best" don t forget cars are made to be used 90% on public roads and this car due to this cool setup for track is not as capable for daily use. SO the best remain on people who put this on track.

I love this car, hopefully they add 1-8 Radio shortcuts and Climate control Buttons and it would be a world change, and it would be much better to have the center screen as a only screen than the curved one.

As for a "saloon" that would have been the Hellcat Charger. Since thats out of production and Mercedes AMG has nerfed their engine platform, Blackwing done and Caddy going EV, their done fully. But since we're bench racing, dont own or cant afford it to begin with: I'll take a Koenigsegg Gemera.
