A Strawberry ganache that is to die for, so good it makes people crazy. Now you can get the recipe. Red devil bonbons are filled with an extremely good strawberry ganache that is to die for. The bonbons also contain a beautifull dacquoise sponge. The fillings are made from leftovers from my two other videos. So the recipes, you will find in my previous and my next video! Did you not use additional cocoa butter for the W2 white chocolate shell this time because you wanted a thicker shell? My last attempt at bonbos had a shell much too thin and I thought it was because I used to the chocolate at too high of a temperature (but still tempered). Can this also effect the thickness of the shell? Thank you again, Markus. I love your videos :) please keep them coming!

Hello. No I did not because when you glue to shells together you need a thicker shell. One layer wasn’t even enough to work with. A shell is only the wrapping for the filling. Keep that in mind, when making bonbons.

What is wrong with the video quality? The movement is very weird. Not sure if its a mistake or something new youre trying out, but please go back to normal way of filming! I love your videos, by the way!

You are right. Some parts of the video move weirdly. And it is not something I did intentionally. Trying to find the mistake. But I wanted to post the video anyway. Thanks for the respons😅
