Thanks for doing the tag! I love that copy of Lord of the Rings. Kelly introduced me to A Month In The Country, it's lovely, one I can see me re-reading during summers. I've actually read The Daughter of Time and The Man in the Queue, I need to get the rest of the series because they are fun.

I thought this was a brilliant tag 😊. That copy of Lord of the Rings I’ve had for about 40 years. It’s a bit battered now. Delighted so many people have read Josephine Tey 😊

Wonderful responses, Debs! I really must read A Month in the Country! I remember really enjoying Josephine Tey's Daughter of Time a long time ago, but I've never revisited it. I really enjoyed your choices for these prompts!

@@RaynorReadsStuff I was first introduced to her in a fun college class that I took one January term ( where we’d study just one topic in depth for a month and professors were able to teach fun topics outside their normal area). In this particular class, a philosophy professor and a French professor offered a course in the history of detective fiction from Poe to the present day. They included Josephine Tey, so that was my introduction! 😊

Aren't we having a wonderful reading summer, no scratch that, a great reading year.I totally agree about Josephine Tey and her books, but especially the Richard III book. It's a wonderful read. I wonder if Shawn has read it.

@@RaynorReadsStuff the RIII was issued as a Folio Society book. It gave her a slight filip.
