In this video I overhaul the Axial AX24 with the Boss Truck kit! This is a printed kit from YurichMicro and addresses many of the AX24’s faults while maintaining great features like 4WS and huge articulation.

I talked my uncle into buying a crawler back in January. Shortly after he got into the basher side of things and asked if i wanted an AX24 that has been ran on carpet 2 times for $100 so thats coming now too. I love these little crawlers. Thanks for the inspiration.

Pretty interesting chassis kit! The main chassis itself is really well thought out and that shell looks badass. I've got something printed in the works for gladiator chassis at the moment which should be a bit of fun. Might even be able to get flex machine stance and flex with oil shocks 😉

Ever thought of making a camera mount on a bike helmet so you can two hand drive? Most guys seem to do the one-handed thing, but I thought a cam on an articulating arm, mounted to a helmet would be easier. Maybe not at the public park, if you don't want to look too dorky! LOL!

Do you think it would be possible to sand down the body to remove the ridges and make it look smooth?

Yeah, that's something I really don't like about prints. I've seen lots of guys sand them down. You can get filler primer that is thicker. It'll save some time sanding as it fills in between the ridges so you don't have to sand it down as far and make the body panels thinner.
