Yeah, I watched this and it seems like the little boy don’t want the grandma to help every time she starts helping he always yank stuff out of her hand or tells her to leave it. She’s trying to help but he doesn’t allow her to help. That’s the reason why the grandmother just walks away or just looks at him.
