This is what Kripke meant when he said we would find out how Marie survived Homelander’s lasers. Nueman and Marie have a higher durability than most Supes, maybe they are the only ones who can make themselves bleed, like some sort of secondary part of their power that protects them. We’ve seen Homelander bleed from an attack but the four times Marie is attacked we don’t see any physical damage other than getting the wind knocked out of her and going unconscious

It blows my mind that there are still people that think this show makes fun of “both sides”. If you think that, you A. Have no media literacy and B. Don’t know what the sides actually are 🙄

You might need to seek medical help if you DON'T think that they make fun of both sides. They obviously do! Just off the top of my head at VoughtLand with Woke Wok, LGBTurkey Legs. Then when the hackneyed marketing dept was telling Maeve and Elena that people like lesbians in clear gender roles, the same way Hollywood panders. Then Butcher in this episode making the comment about Greta getting upset that Starlight drains the electrical grid. They make fun of the right more, but even that is a cartoonish depiction.

Before Pride month is over, you guys should react to Boys Don’t Cry for its 25th anniversary. Not sure if y’all have seen or heard of it, but it’s based on an actual true hate crime. But great reaction as always. I really wanted to see Deep and A-Train together but minus the SA coerced by Homelander 💀💀💀😭😭😭
