How do people find this more disturbing than, for example, Kimiko literally splattering? Also, I don't think it is an actual human centipede because I think the whole concept is that it's a whole continuous feeding thing, while he was just rimming himself.

I think he’s making his voice sound like that so he sounds more innocent. There might be a time throughout the season that his voice goes a little bit deeper and that’s when he’s taking shit more serious.

@@Dularr In the milkshake scene there was robotic sound coming from him at one point. Leads me to believe maybe they used AI just for one particular line that he couldn't deliver right. But yeah, once his voice settles during puberty he'll sound completely different.

@@funnylilgalreacts That's what I've been thinking. In the scene where he practices throwing Koy his voice is deeper than the rest of the scenes. And last episode when he's talking to Homelander about being insecure in front of all those people during the election gathering, his voice was fine. I think his voice will be part of the symbolism of him taking control of himself and will get deeper once he means business.

Sage is totally using Homelander and everybody else to do her bidding. The only question is what does she really want? I think Butrcher has burned one too many bridges and having him out there on his own with nothing to lose is more terrifying than even Homelander losing it in a way.

The actor who played Black Noir for the past three seasons and this one is the same (Nathan Mitchell). It's just that he became a hilarious character this season because he could talk now. Of course, Vought will need to make a new Black Noir to avoid any suspicions from the people, but I doubt that because he's talkative and moves a lot, which is uncharacteristic. I also have doubts that the new Noir could survive until next season because he's too inexperienced.

Sage is totally manipulating Homelander. She'll do a few things that get him what he wants, and gets him to trust her. But, soon the things she gets him to do will benefit her, too. If she's the smartest person alive, we're about to see manipulation on a scale we've never seen before. And, even tho I hate myself for saying it, it was actually cool to see Deep stand up to Ashley. But I am waiting to see Ashley really start to make some moves. Has to happen, right? You don't want to push a person to the point where they feel they have nothing left to lose. How amazing would it be if Ashley is the one who ultimately takes out Homelander? Could you imagine? :)

I can't believe they brought back the actor who played Chuck on Supernatural to play Splinter. "Hey Rob, we have this role for you on The Boys. You're perfect for it. Just one episode, and you die at the end. What do you you say, buddy?" I have no idea how they sold this to him or why he agreed. Are they really good friends? Or do they hate each other? I have no idea based on this.

There was an interview with Kripke about his scene - and yes they're good friends and was very up front with what he needed (also it's a prosthetic wiener lol). He worked on this episode for about 2 months in total, so he must have got paid well!

I think Kimiko needs the trauma to be a better fighter. Her dealing with the issues like being trafficked and turned into a living weapon are something that you can't deal with. No amount of therapy can help that. Also She knows that without her powers she can't help anyone. So in a weird way , she might be thankful for it.

Still interesting that Homelander was made mostly from Stormfront and Soldier Boy dna, yet he did not get the same slowed down aging as those two. I guess the scientists might have done that on purpose to not let him be immortal, alow the strongest men to die one day, lowering risks. Also actor that play Ryan is entering his puberty phase and his voice is cracking, the actor himself wrote that on social media.

In the comics, Homelander is a clone of Stormfront. There is no evidence he is related to her in the show. Further, Soldier Boy ages normally. He was frozen like Cap. That's why he appears the same age as his son.

I didn't grow up in the 80's (born in 85), but I remember through the 90's there was a rating distinction for brief nudity (BN), nudity (N) and full frontal nudity (AO or Adults Only). Gotta say, I know it's not done for progressive reasons like trying to make people less afraid of the human body, but I'm glad the oversexualization of the female body is becoming lessened or at least gradually being matched by male representation thanks to shows like The Boys. So as a straight dude I say: more weiner!
