i saw it yesterday in the theater, as a foreigner i enjoyed how well they captured America in that era , it was interesting to see, the costumes were good too... other than that it was a very simpelton surface level low IQ tacky movie, the story is so bland it could be summerized in a short sentence : A Group of American boys got on a boat, no one beleived in them but they won against the odds, hitler was big mad.A few other bits of the story such as the father who abandoned the half main character when he was a kid and the pretty girl who beleived in him didnt really go anywhere. Too many loose ends , its like a house built by someone who has zero construction experience or like me when i have to write a 5 pages essay for my english class at the very last minute. My girl liked it, i tought following the drama on twitter about how its an all white movie with no black caracters in it would be more interesting than watching it but sadly no one was talking about it on twitter.

Holy s**t your wanna be film critic breakdown of the film is spot on in its negativity (if you want to be a critic you have to hate on everything) No black characters, because it was historically accurate and gee - there were no black members of the crew or coaching staff because... (read up on segregation in America). You can't simply insert black characters into a story. And if you want to - where are the Asians and the middle easterners and the LGBTQ, etc...characters???

@@heidinewman9335 It is giving film critic wannabe, i thoguht about that when i was writing this, lol. I know that the absence of black characters is historically accurate, i am not complaining about it nor do i care, the movie was just so boring i tought some autistic debate about it on twitter would be more iteresting than watching the movie itself.
