I've owned a BP-200 for about seven months now, and just discovered your video. Great job! I use mine mainly as a preamp for my passive bass, and have made my own presets for a softer mellow sound and a sharper rock sound. I use "Smooth" for one song, but no other effects. Yet. It's a great tool to have.

@annaukrnet my husband hasnt used the BP90. However over the last 2 years being a bass player in a rock band he has completely enjoyed the BP200. he previously owned the BP80 and definetely enjoys this one more. i hope this helps!

Good video. I got a BP200 a couple of weeks ago and still finding more stuff about it. Now I just need a damn amp!

Hi, If when you say shut it off you mean to be able to bypass to a clean signal, then hold down both selector buttons at once and that will bypass, then just hit them again to bring it back in. If you mean... to power it off, then pulling the power lead is the only way. Although what I use is an ac/dc power block 9v supply which has an on/off button. Hope that helps :0)

@kapking well yes very similiar... the BP 200 is newer and allows for a headfon and mp3 player plug in and the BP 80 has a few different effects.... but both are really good... the BP80 is usually cheaper as well

@Jbridg87 yes and no. some effects use the pedal as a wah while others may use it as volume control

Hey man. Thanks for the vid. Stupid question...I have had this for a few years and have yet to figure out how to turn it off. Is there a power switch? I hate having to unplug it every time. The manual mentions that it should be powered off or unplugged, but doesn't tell you how to do it.

is there any way to make the pedal more responsive? I feel like mine isn't preforming as well as it should, also I bought it used so that may be why but either way I have a warranty on it so I'm gonna get it handled, was just wondering if ya had any advice.

I have a stupid question: can I use a guitar on this one?
@QualityIsQueen Жыл бұрын
It was made for a bass. I would check with a store that might sell them

i purchased this pedal a lil while ago i cant find on the instructions how to shut it off with out unplugging the system do you hapen to know what button to press to shut it off?
@russk80917 жыл бұрын
There is no on/off switch. Best thing is to keep the adapter plugged into a power strip and use the on/off switch on that.

i got one just like urs but i cant make it work i dont know if i have to reset it o what to do
@sebradfield7 жыл бұрын
By "can't make it work" do you mean it won't turn on at all or just won't change settings? When you plug it in to the lights come on? If the lights don't come on, try a different power adapter. If they still don't come on, something is broken inside. If the lights do come on, first check that the cable from your bass is going into the 'Input' hole and the one to the amp goes to the 'Output' hole. I know that sounds obvious but I've been fooled by all kinds of "obvious" things, so you never know. It might be something simple.If the lights come on and the cables are in the right holes, make sure the pedal is all the way on. It's not only a wah-wah pedal, but on certain settings it's also a volume pedal. Try those and if it still doesn't work start trying different settings. Post back and we'll take it from there.

sebradfield it does come on is just the sound that i can hear. every thing else works
@sebradfield7 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure I understand. Do you mean there is no sound? Check both the cables, and make sure they are in the right holes. If there is still no sound we'll try something else. Meanwhile, here is where you can download the BP-200 User Manual. 3e7777c294b9bcaa5486-bc95634e606bab3d0a267a5a7901c44d.ssl.cf2.rackcdn.com/product_documents/documents/39_1287419821/BP200%20Manual_original.pdf
