When I saw them last year in Austin, it was their side show at Stubb's, since they were here for ACLFEST. Foo Fighters played ACLFEST, too, and Dave Grohl showed up and they got him on stage for a song.

I can say I have been lucky enough to see y'all twice in Birmingham. Once with Nirvana and once in the All Nerve tour. For anyone that hasn't seen em I highly advise it.

I was at the show in Jacksonville, Florida with Nirvana when some dickhead threw a shoe at Kim and ended the show early. It was heartbreaking. I was kinda getting over Nirvana at the time, but I adored The Breeders. Still do. I checked the tickets with Olivia Rodrigo at the forum in LA, and goddamn the cheapest tickets are like $500. Looking forward to the day I get to see them play again without having to take on more shifts turning tricks behind the dumpster at Wendy’s.

The first time I saw the Breeders was in 1993, on MTV Europe. The song was "Safari". It was love at first listen. Concise, energetic, melodic songs. I always thought they were superior to Pixies - and Pixies are gigantic.
