I first encountered this lovely lady on "the Rookie", and She is one of my favourites on that show. From there I discovered her singing on Canada's Idol, which she won. I adore this lady; so so talented, vibrant, positive and bubbly. I hope her career and life will keep going "up and up".

Me too, I discovered this pretty woman, when starting watching TheRookie and had no clue, that Melissa is a singer too and won the Canadian Idol (I am in Germany). So I like her persona of Lucy Chen, so pretty and funny, but she is real talented and awesome as a singer too, IMHO. Nice Melissa ! Tim would be glad and proud of you, lol.

i first watched her perform on 'the rookie' and heard her sing 'dream a little dream' as a traumatic experience, hearing her sing it years before for her mom is just so amazing

I have loved her since she won Canadian Idol at age 17. She has just blossomed into such a beautiful woman. I have heard countless renditions of Imagine, as everyone has, but hers was the most original one ever!
