The Brilliance and Legacy of Basement's "Covet"

Basement, a Post-Hardcore group from the UK has been around for over a decade now, with several releases under their belt. Despite this long run, one of their most popular songs to this day remains "Covet" off of their second LP, "colourmeinkindness." Today I look at why this may be the case, and why I personally love the song so much.

You don't know HOW MUCH THIS MAKES ME HAPPY. I am SO glad I found a video, on one of my favourite bands ever..I WISH there more videos about BASEMENT or midwest-emo in general 🤧🤧 If you possibly cover more hardcore or midwest-centered stuff I'll be sure to stick around,,

My first song from them was “disconnect” and from the first time I heard it till now it’s still my favorite song from them idk why it just connected with me (lol). Great video though I love covet as well
