The Bronco is BACK! Traxxas sent me a pre-release TRX4 2021 Bronco to review and they did not disappoint! Great looking body on a reliable chassis. Sure it doesn't have IFS and it's on Portals, but all that is forgiven when you see all the new details they managed to pack into this RTR.

Just a body on the same.old chassis. You could always buy the body itll be 200 probably for lexan.

This is one of the best looking traxxas vehicles...... Except for the tires!!! Traxxas needs to pursue a officially licensed tire company to complete the bad ass look. I think it's where this model fell shirt. But bad ass none the less, thank you for the great review.

I agree the trail canyons are ginormous. BUTT. the sasquatch package for the real broncos do include huge 35" tires so... it almost looks just right haha and you know people with real broncos will stuff 37s under them like immediately lol

Great video (as usual.) I always enjoy your content! Yep. This is the one that will likely get me into a TRX4. The Defender was pretty tempting but Ford did an amazing job with the design of the new Bronco and Traxxas nailed it in replicating it! This is the most excited I have been for a release since the SCX10 II Cherokee.

I'm glad you mentioned the orange color may look different in person, every photo and video I've seen make it look more yellow than orange. Can't wait to see one in person.

Just bought this today at a local shop. My first every RC anything. Drove it in the back yard. I am surprised how fast it goes in high gear. I am a 73 year old kid. I live in Phoenix, Very hot, 109 today. Have to wait til Oct to get out and play. Beautiful detailed unit. The store talked me out of buying the Arrma Kraton 6S. I am glad they did, this so much more manageable for my first car. I got the yellow one.

Just got mine last Saturday! Upgraded steering servo, hobbywing qucicrun fusion 1800kv, billet motor mount, yeah racing 90mm dessert lizard piggyback shocks, stainless steel skid plate set and brass knuckle weights 96g front 76g rear with more to come soon. So far the truck has been great!

Just got mine yesterday from a local hobby shop! Got it in cyber orange. Today I put it on some orange 1.9" Methods and some Super Swampers. It looks amazing and it is so much fun! I'll have to look into building an interior like that because that is super cool and I cannot wait for the advanced lighting kit. Summer scale adventures on the way! P.S. Love the videos. You're a great resource for a guy getting back into rc after many years. Cheers.

Haven't been a Bronco guy, but gotta have one of these. Whoops! My only other TRX4 is a .....wait for it.....'79 Bronco. Gotta give Traxxas credit for the post-less body mount design. Very nice. Looking forwards to a straight axle / IFS conversion.

I love the lockers. I have them on my comp rig, tighter turning radius for 1 and for 2, in c2 dig isnt legal but unlocking the rear and hooking a tire to whip it around.

It’s really a lovely body- looks better than the NB hard plastic! I think I’d lean toward a Sport still, but I dunno, maybe. My friend has Sport with the two speed and that extra wheel speed is more useful than I expected.

I was wanting to build a vs4-10, after talking with you, Josh, & Moosejaw. My wife and I ending up moving to Plano which is 20 minutes north of Dallas and it got into my rc funds just a bit. The new trx-4 is bad ass and it might tide me over until I can build what I really really want.

Traxxas TRX4 seems like a great platform, but I never really wanted one until now. Finally, a body I really like, with no exposed body posts. I would have to improve the approach angle a bit. This is the current front runner for my next RC.

The TRX-4 has been on my list for a while. I’m in the market for a trail truck or crawler and I’ve been leaning towards the Redcat Gen 8. This new Bronco looks great but at its price point it’s making me consider the Gmade Buffalo.

I was waiting forever for the TRX4 Blazer, (still waiting and I still love it) but I’ve decided for my first TRX4 to go with the BRONCO, love the new look, body clips etc especially with the new light kit should be awesome right next to my RC4WD Blazer!👍🤠🇨🇦

Just bought the red bronco today! They also had a deal for getting a free winch if you got the bronco RTR. I wanted a kit to build but at the moment I don’t really have the work space. The bronco seemed like the best bang for buck that they had in stock. I love it already!

I've got this on pre-order as well as the 1:1 on pre-order! Here's to hoping they offer the body in an unpainted version so I can color match it to Ford's "Carbonized Gray", which I'm fairly sure Tamiya PS-23 Gun Metal will work.

Already have the Racer Red on order! Adding it to my stable of three New Brights that I built on Element Trail Runner chassis. Had to have the IFS on those to be legit IMHO. Especially since I have a two door on order from Ford.

That new body system is really awesome. It is a little disappointing to not see a little more innovation under the hood. But, if it's not broke (it will 😜), why fix it. Even seeing their upgraded servo stock would be a nice change. Or legit beadlock wheels, Traxxas should know by now most of us run them. Look forward to see it get the SBG treatment!

I think I will add the trx4 to my arsenal. Not right away hahah... but yes. I like this one. It would be a 5 on 1 haha (axial to traxxas haha) buy that is a nice truck. Great review man. Can't wait to see what you do with this one. I think it really just needs new rims and tires. Aside from the interior. Maybe beef up the axles a bit. Very awesome.
