Buddha Lokesvaraja has an excellent student. Damankara (Amitabha Buddha) progress very fast in his learning because he has a very good Teacher. After cultivating for 5 kalpas, Damankara established his Buddha's land called Western Pure Land. A land that surpassed all Buddha's land in all the 9 directions. How old is Western Pure Land? Western Pure Land is a Buddhist university established about 10 billion years ago. It is also known as the Land of the Ultimate Blissfulness. It is called the Land of the Ultimate Blissfulness because there is no hell. Why hell don't exist in Western Pure Land because there is no greed, hatred and ignorance. It is also called the Universal Equality Buddha Land because all beings once born there all have similar appearance and supernatural abilities like Amitabha Buddha. Where can you find such good deal? Once reborn there, you will attain the three non-retrogression and Anuttara Samyak-Sambohdi. Not just ordinary Buddha, but a Buddha like Amitabha Buddha. How to migrate to Western Pure Land? Any beings that sincerely chant the Buddha-name Amitabha Buddha and vow rebirth into Western Pure Land, all will be welcome personally by Amitabha Buddha. 🙏🙏🙏

Anything that is easy to obtain will never last. Anything that is not easy to obtain will never be smooth. What is the difference between Zen Buddhism and Pure Land Buddhism chanting the Buddha-name "Amitabha Buddha" ? Zen Buddhism only after attaining deep concentration then see their own true self-nature. (Zen Buddhism must totally eradicate one's afflictions to see one's true self-nature) Pure Land Buddhism chanting Amitabha Buddha . Chant the Buddha-name Amitabha Buddha one is Amitabha Buddha , one sees Amitabha Buddha one becomes Amitabha Buddha . Amitabha Buddha is Anuttara Samyak-Sambohdi. 🙏🙏🙏

Spiritual practice is a long journey that spans many lifetimes.

@@MindPodcastEnglish You're absolutely right about sentient beings infinite lifetimes journey to transcend the cycle of reincarnation. Mara has created an environment that make it almost impossible for sentient beings to exit the Six Realms of birth and death. Amitabha Buddha knew the difficulties face by all sentient beings in their cultivation therefore he vows to establish a world that all beings that is reborn into his Buddha's land (Western Pure Land) will attain Buddhahood in one lifetime. What is the method to attain rebirth into Western Pure Land? One make vow to seek rebirth into Western Pure and unceasingly chant the Buddha-name Amitabha Buddha. Those practicing other methods can also attain rebirth into Western Pure Land provided that dedicate all their merits from their cultivation to Western Pure Land. 🙏🙏🙏Amituofo

The Original Buddha Doctrine is different from these " Hindu/Jain" derived concepts, that are being spread all over the world, by people who have not entered the Path. That is why the Buddha reiterated that one should teach only after entering the Path. There is no Maithriya Bodhisatwa nor a Maithriya that is to come down from anywhere, except in the Hindu/Jain hallucinations, now being foisted into the naive people who have been following the Buddha Doctrine. The Path has to be seen through one’s fathom long body. DUKA is suffering which everyone knows about. Whereas DHUKKA is the sequence of events that constitute a thought, cessation of which opens the door to the Path. The Buddha Doctrine was mainly about opening the door to the Path and seeking the contentment and Happiness of Nibbana. This is Cheto VIMUKTHI. Many authors have it wrong. People talk about Duka, but one of the main concerns of the Buddha Doctrine was DHUKKA. The Buddha spoke of ANATTA, which is basic in His Doctrine. It means NO SOUL. No me. No I. Which means there is NO person, except the senses - from smell. Sight. Hearing. Taste. Touch, Mind and memory. In the Dev DAHA Sutta, He Categorically states " If anyone says that, what one endures is a consequence of previous actions " that is NOT the Buddha Doctrine, but is Niganta (Hindu) doctrine. VERY CLEAR. -The Buddha- Bhawa means one thought. PUNAR Bhawa means the next new thought. Therefore it is the thought that follows one after the other. Therefore it is obvious that there is no me/l/ person to be reborn. “ Bhawa niridho nibbanam “ means eradication of the thought process, is the key to enter the Path to nibbana. The thoughts follow in a sequence and there is no KAMMA as described by the Hindu/ Jain faith, where there is reward on one hand and punishment or damnation on the other, as is the case in Christianity. This concept of damnation is questionable and will NOT last with intellectual dialogue. The Original Buddha Doctrine, before it was mixed with the Hindu faith, is Supra-mundane and Supra-cortical. Even the concept of Anicca and Anatta is at the level of Quantum mechanics and sub-atomic particles. When a body or any object is dissected to the last of the material form, it is correctly called Dhamma after which it is a non-material aspect and no form called “ information “. On the contrary, Buddha’s Teachings are correctly called “ Buddha Doctrine “ or Buddha wachanaya or the Buddha’s Teaching. One has to stop the process of Bhawa and Punar Bhawa to enter the Path through Pragna and subsequently reach the stage of Dhamma. Thereafter one sees Buddha and Nibbana. Difficult to fathom, but it is a process believed to follow as steps automatically, after stopping the thought process, after being in a relaxed state. The Buddha spent 6 long years doing meditation and found it to be futile, where he collapsed many times due to starvation and extreme emaciation. He realized that nutrition was important for all mental and physical activities. Thereafter he left the 5 colleagues and did the reverse of meditation, which was not concentrating or being mindful of any thoughts. He left the world of being in the mind and entered the Path. That must be obvious to any intelligent person, as the incessant mental activity is the enemy to the Path of Nibbana. Rebirth of the incessant birth within the mind, is the Sansaric journey, that needs to be arrested. Not these mundane false concepts such as rebirth of the person. Do your research and enter the Path, through " Cheto VIMUKTHI" which one could follow, listening to Dr. Gamini Abhaya MD. FRCP Consultant Physician/Cardiologist with NO fee, through Denageneemen Nivanata via the Internet. Until one enters the Path to Nibbana, by entering the first stage ( Sowahn) it is incorrect to teach or preach, which is like BLIND LEADING THE BLIND. About time people used their own intellect without believing hearsay.

Buddha never taught how to 'escape' suffering...he taught how to overcome and be compassionate to others...stop delusional teachings. No one can escape birth, sickness, aging and death. Show me one house which has? And we overcome it and encourage others....even sages and saints can't escape suffering. You become strong when overcome suffering and use that experience to make life better
