I was in Sturgis in 2004, me and my 2 friends stayed a Glencoe we had rain, it was cold as F , the morning we left it was 38 degrees in August, but it's a memory that I will always cherish, lots of great riding and me some super nice people and the typical A hole, thanks for the videos and the feedback. 👍

Yes the intersections near bikini beach were scary. We did lose power at our RV multiple times but it was nice having the concerts close.

We were at Pappy Hoel for 6 days in the dust bowl...still cleaning, dust in places I didn't know about...traffic was not as bad as it was in 2018 but I did notice every road side bar was packed, don't want to make anyone mad (but it is the intent so someone is already typing out how much they hate me) from what I've seen between the Chip and Pappy Hoel....Pappy Hoel is a bit more classy, if that matters, LOL thanks for the videos guys I've learned a lot about sturgis from watching!

Agree. The dust this year was the worst since 2012. On a good note, it's much nicer now than what it was 20 years ago.

What y'all said about the people who've been camping together for 20 years is ANOTHER reason you should come to the Redwood Run... Met some of the GREATEST people there just by chance of tent by tent that first year.... It's now spot 555, unofficially, and I look forward every year to seeing my friends.

I was at the kidd rock concert and after the concert my black bike looked gray in the lights almost walked past it but yes better than hail or rain . I know a lot of people liked the chip but i dont think i will go there next time . The full throttle saloon was nice had some great times there .

That pretty much covers it. Like you summary. A little rain would have been nice. Mud but doesn't kill the party. End of the day for me, weighting the good, bad and ugly still tips the scale to a massive good time at the Buffalo Chip.

I plan on going i grew up in Milwaukee 3 miles from first harley davidson plant..thats all you would see in the summer time riding our schwinn bikes up and down the street..my pops had a knucklehead with a sidecar my mom used to ride around in.. my father used to write it in the winter time believe it or not I remember one time he got his side wheel stuck in a railroad track took them a half an hour just to get it out my mom was so pissed off it was in the middle of a blizzard the good old days of growing up in Milwaukee I was born in 1964 August 25th My Brother David works for engineering and design for Willie G for like 25 years hope you guys have a safe trip to your next Journey God bless you you're both in my prayers

The chip is always dusty BUT most camp grounds are. I guess good Sam and places like that may not be. If it rains it’s a little muddy in spots for a while. Then pa- ting….. the dust comes back. I don’t know what the head count was but you can not have that many people there and not have lines to get food or drink. The staff at the chip including security have always been nice from start to finish. That intersection by the beach is a NIGHTMARE! I usually go in and out the back gat and avoid that intersection at all cost especially after a concert gets out. Most of us that have been multiple times know if you want sleep go elsewhere because the chip has the best party in town and it’s 24/7. Great vid. Can’t wait to see the next one. Ride safe. It took us two hours to ride from Sturgis to the Chip for Kid Rock. It was kinda brutal ride but a great show.

Why did you only go to the kid rock concert? I know you said long lines but had to be other reasons also. The concerts seem to be the huge reason to stay there.
