What a surreal experience. Mine was similar as regards information etc. I took it as a lesson and I will be organising the prepping section next year. That aside, I had a great time talking with you and will be talking about my experience on my livestream tonight at 9pm bst. Glad you got to enjoy our English woodland. Hope to see you there next year and hopefully things will go to plan etc. Take care my friend

Hi Bjorn, it was lovely to see you.. Sorry about the Organisation on the event.... I helped you get on stage after your arrival Saturday night.. Running back and forth to get the organisers to wake up and give you a microphone after they walked off... So glad I managed to get you up on stage and to finally meet you.... Youre an inspiration to so many.

It's so hard to find individual space in UK - being from England I crave the solitude you have in Norway. Hope you enjoyed your time here anyway, and sorry you weren't treated better over here, reflects badly on us - ....and was it nature sprites that moved those items! Magical woods exist in England! Hope you return.

I'd never come across you before the show and was about to get my head down for the night when you arrived on stage. I got interested so we stayted and listened to you talk about all kinds of things. What I liked is that you have a very balanced way of talking about important things and I was with my son who is 13 and quite impressionable. He also found your talk very interesting and was talking about it a lot afterwards. Since then he went on to find your channel and has been watching a lot of your videos since. It was great to 'meet' you and I'm glad my son has found your channel.

I suspect whoever it was - put those items out of sight for you so that they don't get stolen. Still it's going to feel a bit off knowing that someone was meddling with your camp. I was thinking during the video watching you walking away from your camp with all those people nearby... There is always a risk that someone might steal from you.

Not a Lone Wolf but after spending 7 years living in London, which is like a pressure cooker, I moved to Brittany and cherrish time alone. Being around people is fun but after a while i need solitide, to walk my dog, fish, hike, bike. Back in time people lived in small spread out communities. That feels natural to me with gatherings in the local pub at the end of a day in the woods and fields.

Hello Bjorn! I've been a quiet (but keen) watcher for sometime now, and you have become a sort of idol for me. and at 19 years old (and in this age) I am glad to say so. Recently I recommended you to my dad who is the same age as you and is a gardener and is also a man who potters about with wood and metal and fire and these kinds of magic! So when. I came across you, i got very excited. It's just so comforting to see real people on the internet like you Bjorn, sharing some real wisdom. And passion! Like grandmothers who pass on their secret recipes. Except it is common sense, and that nature provides it to all without any secrets. Basically people like you is what the young people should aspire to be. So yes we've been busy watching all your videos - I hope you don't mind 😁 Stay well, and continue to do all the things that you make you happy 🙏

@@BjornOutdoors That is true, but being trained as a metalworker and a woodworker through school and as a later trade. I know the time it should take to make a knife, I've made many of my own, and these are still far too expensive. £300 to £500 for any small item is an awful lot of money for anyone to pay for what is supposed to be a tool. If they are purely decorative luxury items then a preppers/outdoorsman gathering is hardly a place for them. A knife is a tool at the end of the day, not jewellery. If they are meant for collectors just to fondle and look at then they become objects d'art, not knives.

unfortunately the UK has changed much in the downward direction in the last 40 years, we have opened our doors to anyone wanting to enter which has lead us to being very overcrowded, and we do not check who we allow in, as a boy I of 9 could wonder alone on foot and cycle in safety all over the new forest now that would not be advised. The same 12 mile cycle to the beach where i would see about 6 cars the whole journey now I would see 15 a minute, I am not a "loan wolf" but multitudes of people make the life experience poorer.

I have found your channel and so happy I have. You’re the sweetest man, how great to listen to your honest, innocent, common sense, my friend. Now, I get myself a cup of coffee and join you when I watch your videos, like being with someone I’ve known for years. I too love to camp by myself in the woods. I once spent a few months alone in the Big Thicket Forest of Eastern Texas. I roughed it, as some would say, but it was simple, basic survival mode and I’ve never been more at peace. I had myv2 dogs with me. The Sun and Moon, stars and wind were mine alone. The forest and the greenery, the birds and peace of mind were the greatest. I’m at my best when I’m in nature. Thank you for posting your journey, I love every minute ! Bjorn To Be Wild~ Love, Claudia. Northern Michigan, U.S.A. 🌸🇺🇸✌🏻

So pleased to see the English woodland work its magic on you. I appreciate your observations about solitude for it is so very hard to find it in the UK. Those open areas we have access to are heavily visited, especially at the weekend, and often an early morning start combined with detailed local knowledge about where to avoid is the only option when seeking a few hours to enjoy nature at her finest.

I liked your comment about "your Neighbours" When I go bush, I never see anyone for days, for weeks, even months. The only time you see anyone is when you are at a 'campsite'. One can't beat solitude, refreshes the soul and makes one think on what is important in life. Sorry to see that you were forgotten by the organizers, I find that utterly disrespectful. NZ has a small population and being alone in some small towns seems normal, much like you in Norway. No matter how long that I am away in the bush, it is always nice to come home to a hot shower and clean sheets. Enjoyed the video. ATB Cheers from the mountains of NZ ☺☺

Bnorn I've watched your channel a number of years now but dropped out last year as i was concentrating on moving😂 i wish i had known about you coming to the uk! There are alot of really wild camping people in the uk and we camp in some awesome places and there are bushcraft groups that have shelters dotted about all over the place but you have to know who's who as wild camping in the UK is illegal but people do do it, even building shelters and staying out, there is a whole community here. There are some truly ancient pockets of woodlands in the uk, very much better than the campsite you stayed on, I'm talking about woodlands that are thousands of years old, they are really special, not like the young woods you stayed in here but you have to park your car miles away and hike in to avoid detection 😊

Interesting vid there Bjorn . Looks like you left with mixed emotions. Haven't been to the bushcraft show before . Might have to try it next year . I'm also more used to being alone camping it is a totally different experience camping in a group. Pros and cons tp both. Anyway take care 👍🏕

You needed some Scout leaders next to you. We would have shown you a hearty welcome with songs, fed and watered you till you begged for mercy, crawling back to your tent in the wee hours of the morning to be rudely awoken a couple of hour's later at sunrise with a brew and a bacon sandwich! A Dutch couple who recently managed to mistakenly wild camp near myself and fellow Scout brethren will hold witness to this...that's a British welcome!

Wish I were there. I only have a vegetable garden out in a field with a small woods in the background. My dog loves going there. She likes to take a nap, listen to birds and watch for anima,s.

I like to be alone too. The best naps I ever had was in the woods.

Dude. We know you live in London. Bushcraft entrepreneurs flying in from all over the world, renting nice cars and dining and sleeping in a historic estate! Wonderful exposition of upscale prepper products throughout tis video, especially the three coats you wore over the course of three days! Most of their tents are gone? As if.

Genius to extend your work and self into & towards Craft of fineArt shows at a time when show's esthetic nuances are dwindling in value. Indigenous PowWow's had to pause accept retro perspective & priority. Chief TwoMoons told his dream time story why PowWow are about "empty your rocks from your pockets" (spirit & heart) let's enjoy our gathering and these treasures worth belief & purchasing as safe keepers. To his memory HoHoHo.

J'aurais bien aimé y aller, ne serait--ce que pour trouver un environnement et des gens sympas.
