organics top soil, wet soil smear beat thumb and index, if it stains , its silty, balls up clap, , test for oramic, take soil dry 500 grams in oven or 1500, then use torch or 1000 deges or hig heat... weight after room temp see weight duference is ur percentage of organics ,
