Muslims ki population jyada ho jaiegi toh dikkat kya hai? Koi dikkat nahi hai bhai but ab fir har tarah k reservation se Muslims count nahi hone chahiye. Now you can't deny to be a minority in india. Article 14 is discriminatory for CAA but it's good for Muslims having religious benefits of considering them in minority.

It was real idea of Nehru way back in 1950s. And I didn't mention it because it was mentioned by PM modi in parliament. If you read books or biography of 1950s or 1960s then they clearly mention that minoirty community in neighboring countries can come home without any proof or documents. That means CAA was on the card back then, but anyone didn't come up with that time. CAA is not real problem. Debate should be about NRC but left parties completely diverted this to CAA+NRC+NPR. I am also disappointed with govt. Govt set aside their ego and should talk with protesters, explains them CAA.

@Light Morningstar I will not go into debate about CAA but student protesters first started all of this, they though stone on police, fired bus, bikes then police retaliate. Police gone inside college campus because they want to give students some lessons that we can also fight back if they didn't stop. Media covered only police brutalities but they didn't properly shows sstudents or civilians attrocites on polices force. That situation was same as like in kashmir.

Both of them were equally factual. But Deepanshu made a point which i thought was quite irrational. He said hindu population in Pakistan and Bangladesh is declining rapidly. Agreed. Then he said that in India, Muslim population is increasing. But that last point is rather irrelevant. The real equivalent to that satistic is that Rohingya population is steadily decreasing and so is ahmadiyas and Shias in Pakistan. They're are just as likely to get killed as Hindus. Yet they're barred from entry.

They clearly aren't welcome in their own country. You say muslim countries should able take care of other persecuted muslims, but these same minorities are unsafe in these muslim countries. If Christians can come 2hy can't persecuted muslims come.

@@MostLucid In response to your point about Rohingyas, this act is for the countries that were part of India (British Raj). And looking at the history, the Shias were one of the forefront communities for the Pakistan movement. This is a true example of Half Knowledge vs Full Knowledge.

Preamble mentions liberty of thought, expression, faith, belief and worship.. This line makes India panth nirpeksha and also a non theocratic state.. It was there before secular word was explicitly added.. Also while framing constitution India didn't add secular word because its version of secularism was different than the western version of atheist secularism. So in principle constitution is secular even before 42nd amendment act.

पूरी फालतू की debate है। 1. कानून में धार्मिक प्रताड़ना का जिक्र नहीं तो समर्थक क्यो बार बार इस शब्द का प्रयोगकरते हैं, एक बार ठीक से पढ़े फिर समझाए। 2. art 14 देश के निवासी और नागरिकों के लिये है किसी पाकिस्तानी,अफगानी या बंगलादेशी के लिये नहीं। साथ ही किस प्रकार के भेदभाव नही किये जा सकते उनका भी जिक्र है। एक बार इसे भी खुद ही पढ़े फिर बोले। 3. डायनामिक change कर रहा है CAA + NRC का जोड़। उदाहरण असम की NRC लिस्ट से बाहर हुये हिन्दू तो CAA से नागरिकता पा जाएंगे पर मुस्लिम नही ।इसतरह हिन्दू बढ़ेंगे और मुस्लिमकम होंगे तो होगी CHANGE या नही? ये शुरू 4 मिनट के विडियो के रिप्लाई है बाकी डिबेट फालतू है तो टाइम वेस्ट नही करना।

I myself studying in india & I saw the way they talk about indian army. Nearly my every muslim classmate is the supporter of secessionist movement going on in Kashmir. This is really disheartening to me as I don't hate anyone but I love my country so much. This is really sad state of affairs here. I hope this university would do something concrete to tackle these type of radicalism in university campus. Radicalism in university campus is very dangerous as we saw how AMU provided fertile ground for the creation of pakistan in past.

Yes because when NRC happens you will be given a free pass even if u don't prove your lineage of father because u r a Hindu, hence CAA NRC is unconstitutional because law should be same for all

@@galariajaved Sir . There is a doubt . You mean to say that NRC whitelistes all except muslims . But CAA mentions non-muslims only before 31 Dec 2014 , that too only from 3 islamic countries . If a person is unable to prove his limeage , how he will prove that he was a part of country before 2014 ?

Not really. I oppose CAA /NRC being a Hindu . Where the government should focus on development and work towards a better economy. Our tadipaar and chowkidaar government is very much interested in these stupid issues

Assam people have genuine concern regarding CAA and it should be sorted accordingly. But rejecting CAA altogether is not right at all. It is not going to affect any Muslim here in India
