Trying this one next week! Off topic question: I usually have an epic cheat meal once per week (that leaves me in pain where my stomach has stretched so much.) Is this enough to increase stomach capacity or do you need to stretch your stomach at least 2-3 times per week in order for your max capacity to get bigger?

Much respect and love the channel as always. Apparently on googling Pho, it’s pronounced fuh! Yup I’m still in the dark too. I’m really not good with languages. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

I think you could of eaten that even faster if you had used your hands from start to finish but when there’s people watching it’s only polite and good manors to eat the fork 🤣. Also, with all the steam coming off those pancakes I’m surprised you didn’t end up in A&E for burns!

Genuinely not being a bitch - i always find competitive eating super impressive! You clearly train well and are in great shape but do you ever purge? Just because the glands in your neck look quite swollen (but then you did say you'd had a cold).
