@@carlito19934 that's only one part of the puzzle tho, Mason ends up doing a lot because he believed in a ghost that no one knew existed, he got instructions and intel that no one knew was going to be there (eg. the thing with the "Russian defector" and the info Mason ended up walking away with)

Wrong in black ops 3 you die at the very beginning if you look at the mission briefs it has an autopsy report saying the surgery failed and you end up dieing it doesn't explain how but during the process of you dieing you are connected with taylors conciousness (guessing due to the net work being hacked) so you live through taylors memories until he lets you down easy saying you are in a simulation and soon after you finally stop fighting the losing fight and let go

Actually modern warfare and black ops take place in the same universe. There is a piece of intel in black ops that mentions Captain Price. Given that the events of the modern warfare trilogy takes place between black ops and black ops 2 (the future parts at least) it would just fill in that gap

Something I found cool when I played bo1 (and idk if this was intentional but) I liked how bullets would go through reznov and enemies could walk through him if they got close enough like in that one stealth mission and if they spot you reznov says “they’ve spotted *you* mason”

WaW was the best. Official Hero squad 242-2 on GameBattles. I used to be rank 1-5 hardcore team deathmatch kills along with my squad. The best we didn't lose, are two loses were from team member's not arriving in time to the match.

It's not a connection to the Nazi zombies storyline. They were just zombies. There are theories campaign is connected as Woods has a 115 tattoo and also the bo1 main menu terminal. But it's most likely one of the different universes.

@@Rune77 explain why woods and Mason have houses in nuketown. Explain why one of the people in bo3 have nightmares about the exact same zombies as in the zombies mode. It's never directly mentioned, but they are connected. All of the clues are there

In reality, the zombies storyline takes place in the black ops storyline. But the actual black ops storyline isn't connected to the zombies story. Since, you know, the earth isn't destroyed by 2065, which is when the only real story mission in black ops 3 takes place.

I heard somewhere that Black Ops 3’s campaign is just a dream by the player, and that they died in the hostipal. Apparently somehow, the game just follows Taylor’s memories. Is this true?

I ' ᗰ ᗩ ᗰ E ᗰ E you die after the first mission. The rest is Taylor’s flashbacks/past missions, the guy you save cause of his revolution in the first mission, that’s was the guy from that desert mission. Also Why you say Taylor at the end. Confusing? I know, that’s why the twist failed

The campaign is playing backwards and you are Taylor the whole game including the intro.

It goes deep. You die after the first mission and since Taylor linked with your DNI to try to save you, you and up reliving his memories with some characters changed around. Some of the wired parts actually happened and some are the players mind failing as you are about to die.

The BO3 story is all a hallucination after the first mission. The player died during the DNI implementation surgery and he relives the memories of John Taylor, as they’re connected via DNI. You may ask, why is Taylor the bad guy if you are him? Well, the bad guy is someone called Ethan Payne (I think?) who transmitted the Corvus infection between him and his team (who aren’t actually Diaz, Maretti, and Hall.

BO4 was before BO3, we know this because of the multiplayer characters. Ruin doesnt have his regular gravity spikes, instead a gravity slam and Firebreak's heat wave haunt even developed because the BO4 version of it kills him if used too long.

There is a connection between zombies and main storyline. The easiest point without going on for hours is Nikolai appears in WAW storyline. Also Ascension is apart of a important mission is BO1.

@@adamc117 I was just wondering seeing as how the facts are thrown in your face in the game. In waw when you running through the tunnels Nikolai is a ally. In Bo1 The map where you fight through the large compound that holds a Rocket that if you didn't know, was the same one that was shot at the moon, but it also has the same layout as the map Ascension.

No relation between zombies and campaign they have their own separate universe, the only time zombies mentioned the campaign was in Gorod Krovi where Reznovs initials are on the starting room

@@partbuggy actually that's not nikolai they never planned to make zombies into a fully fledged out game mode so they re used models from the campaign

@@Yungc2004 then it's open for theory until they revisit that story, so it could very damn well be Nikolai especially since it's his character model, maybe there was a universe where Nikolai lived through the war and maybe that's Gorod Krovi Nikolai.

That would be so sick if they did somehow include the BO campaign with some kind of future dystopian zombie world. The descendent of Alex and David Mason is one of few survivors.

Actually, as of the release of black ops 4 there is a somewhat of a campaign, where you get to explore the backstory’s of the specialists with some of Alex and David masons decedents and a now AI frank woods,
