At this point, I'm emotionally drained. This is probably the scariest time for universe since the Dawn and Hyuna issue. I just pray that Pentagon will soon get the level of success that universe (and Pentagon) will never feel this uncertainty ever again.

me too… I’m exhausted. I don’t understand what the point is… I know cube’s in a tight and messy spot right now, but do we really need to witness this insult and humiliation?? really?! pentagon are obviously fighting hard, and I believe they can win and we’ll find a way out of this… but it’s so depressing right now… it feels like what’s currently happening could all easily have been prevented too, if cube hadn’t forced the title track they didn’t want on them, and actually let them release music … tried to take advantage of the most popular member coming back from the military (there was buzz about that), but nstead they’re just embracing their image as the worst kpop company and trying to make it seem like pentagon have so much less fans than they actually do…

not gonna lie im so scared, pentagon is a huge part of my life and this situation its making me so worried about their future, lets be strong together universe and lets support our boys in everything, boys planet or jinho's new survival show, we need to survive this, we are strong and brave, lets fight even more harder for the boys

I’m too busy to write a full response, but don’t worry too much about jinho’s survival show. even if he “debuts” in that one the contract will not be exclusive and he’ll be able to still be in pentagon. during the show’s runtime he should also be able to promote with pentagon if he can fit it into his schedule.

Wait... I have been so conflicted and preoccupied with Hui on Boys Planet and everything going on and just feeling super anxious in regards to Pentagon, that i missed Jinho joining a survival show?? Do you know which one, and has he talked about it on lives or so on already? Also I need cube to tell me personally whats going on and if Hui promotion with the Boys Planet group will be exclusive, cause then I would not be seeing him (and probably Yanan and who knows who else) in europe... Perfect mangement on CUBEs side once again. My anxiety cant take this uncertainty anymore.

@@mazeoflife8530 YES, jinho is joining phantom singer, the show by jtbc that debut forestella, he was on the promotion trailer for the new season, the competition is pureñy base on talent and vocals so it's less worring than hui's situation with stupid mnet edits or fans only caring about visuals, it's a good oportunity for jinho to grow as a vocalist. Just like @cubeentertainmint993 said, this is not going to affect jinho's participation on pentagon promotions, I hope everything will go excellent for jinho and I pray for the same to hui, I'm so done with kpop fans saying shit about hui, I swear those people needs to wake up and face reality

@@mazeoflife8530 Phantom Singer. Even if he debuts in a group through the show, it'll probably be fine - if you check the groups PS has created, you'll see most of the artists have their own careers and are signed under different companies despite also being in the show's groups.

pentagon were at their lowest, worst , winning on public broadcast, performing at year end shows, various festivals across asia and europe, selling out concerts in japan and hitting #1 at oricon and gaon, selling a huge amount of albums that dont even exist (pose)... to be honest, i hate this so much. this video exists just to show how long and hard this comeback had been prepared. cube, you are aware that if you want your artists to sell higher amounts of albums and have higher fanbases, less than the bare minimum won't do. a yearlong hiatus after a song the artists themselves didn't want to release and doubted the quality of won't do, and it's not something you can fairly judge them for, but that's what you wanted isn't it. i'm going through a busy period of my life right now, but i already have two less depressing videos on the way. please support all pentagon members in their current activities! shower them with love. sorry about the clckbait again. if people are refusing work offers with pentagon or whatever I hope they suffer endlessly! edit: there’s a typo in the video. yeo one’s “pop rocks” asmr video came out 9 november 2022.

Thank you for this. I am so tired. So tired of the silence from cube and the way they treat our boys. And so so tired of seeing kpop stans sh*t on Pentagon, saying they’re going to disband, that Hui should “escape” and on the flip side of that people age shaming Hui, like dude, only in kpop will you see people complaining about being an adult smh. I’ve seen some truly awful stuff online. The amount of bloody disrespect being thrown their way is so upsetting. I know in my heart the pentaboys can get through this. Us unis can get through this. But gosh darn it I just wish we didn’t have to go through hell for once. 😭

The CB has been pushed back for so long it's so frustrating! No announcement, no updates from blue box regarding Yanan's return, Hui joining yet another show, etc. We were so ecstatic to have welcomed Hui's discharge only to be met with this! I want to think that this is just a phase, but, IS IT? ☹️

Cube is greedy and doesn’t think there’s enough of us, when they and their outsourced title tracks, long hiatuses and complete silence are the reason people are leaving the fandom. And many of those who leave don’t seem to be cutting ties with Pentagon, but are just silently waiting for the next comeback… I remember how Hui during one of his vlives after returning expressed surprise at how many people were still commenting and sending hearts, and I thought that was just him cutely thanking us for waiting, but now I’m wondering if Cube has been telling them everyone’s abandoning them…? to make them feel more desperate …? We’re in such a bizarre scenario, and I honestly don’t know how to deal either.

First of all, thanks for your videos. 💫 I don't know anything about K-pop, but because my friend (stay) asked me so much, I watched the BP show. This is the first band I've heard in over 10 years and it felt like a welcome homecoming. For two months now, there is a PTG in my every day, and I love them endlessly and at the same time my heart is wounded. I don't know if I have the right to call myself Universe, bc I always considered myself too old for this (only 28 lol), but I will support each member as a member of my family. Each of them really need the support of the fans now, no matter what the future may be.

I also joined the fandom after bp and it was the best decision ever. now catching up knowing how hard they’ve had to fight hurts but at the same time makes me more motivated to help them reach the success they so deserve. let’s continue to support them together 🥺

Actually, I'm not a big fan of K-Pop, not only K-Pop, but I didn't have any interest in the songs or , but when I saw Hui sing "Shut it Down," I loved it so much. I heard it before the original song, but Hyui sang it wonderfully, More than that, his facial expressions and his insistence to prove himself was Really cool. He helped me a lot and taught me not to give up easily, and here I am now striving for my dream again because he taught me that success comes with hard work. hui I love you.❤❤❤❤

I trust Pentagon too. I don’t think Shinwon, Kino and Jinho would play with our emotions like this, especially Shinwon who seems well aware how awful we’re feeling, and apologized for giving us a hard time… But, yeah, Cube has suddenly changed directions… because of the Kakao deal probably… (Kakao invested in Cube last year and will give 80 billion won if Cube increases album sales. Not sure how they’re going to do that when they don’t let ANYONE release albums.) I still think Cube hasn’t made a final decision on Pentagon, unlike for CLC, who had their last group schedule outside of the company in October 2020… Meanwhile Pentagon are going to Paris next week to perform… But, yeah, the situation feels stupidly unstable, and for no reason other than Cube being ridiculously bad at their job.

I’m so angry about all of this too!! it really makes it feel like they just made them work their backs off for years for nothing. they let the members work through this comeback they earned through the company’s stupid test, and when it’s finally coming close enough so that the company has to do something they throw them out the window and try to diminish their hard work and effort and success for… a stupid survival show?! if they cared so much about album sales they should’ve gotten a second comeback in 2021 when the fandom was at its biggest… im so angry!!

I don't really like Kpop, but I LOVE Pentagon! I'm not sure how it happened, but I became a really big fan in 2020 and was so looking forward to Hui coming back from military and PTG having a strong comeback. We all know they'd put out a quality track if given the opportunity, it's Cube's greedy interference preventing it from happening. You can see the sadness in their eyes and it's really unfortunate they're being treated this way. The Kpop industry is out of its mind and something needs to change.

I feel the same. I used to like more Kpop, but over the years my interest in everyone except Pentagon faded. Aside from us fans hearing the members clearly preparing for a comeback, there was honestly so much buzz from non-fans also looking forward to his next release with them, and instead we get…this? I still don’t want to believe it’s real. If you look at the numbers other groups with similar numbers as Pentagon are the breadwinners at their companies, it’s really just Cube’s greed stopping this comeback.

or because of a comeback, or some random song, since nathan worked on so many songs with them. he’s been working with kino now. at that time boys planet hadnt even been decided. songwriters have many projects going on at once so we have no means of knowing.

Seriously, what's wrong with cube... Last year after kcon, lightsum also teased a comeback (cmiiw), but suddenly two members were removed. And now, as far i know, only (g)i-dle tease a comeback. Also, notice that "cubeglobal" twitter stop translating.. That company is just greedy after all, only focused on the most popular group and trying nft business instead of push their other group😕 Hope the best for our pentagon😥 Anyway, thank you for making this videos❤

We don’t know. They had some minor personal issue and it seems like Jinho did it to be petty, but it was resolved very quickly. If you check now Jinho likes Hui’s posts.

After Boys planet they admitted it was because of Hui's decision of joining the survival that Jinho argued with him, but now they're fine

They didn’t go because entire festival got canceled and moved to October, but according to one of the artists scheduled to go (The Boyz) they won’t perform there either.
