I have to take my CNA test again because this racist PRN agency I was working for. Refused to fillout my recertification application. So I have to start all over again after being in the healthcare field for 5 years

This video does not encourage collaboration and teamwork but rather relies on outdated, patristic, hierarchical modes of nursing in which the CNA "does not think" and does nothing "skilled" when in reality the CNAs in our workplaces are invaluable team members whose input is essential in delivering excellent patient care. Lose the condescension.

Yeah that part pissed me off when she said CNA'S don't have enough education to know what's going on. That's a lie because I saved a lot of resident's lives. When these nurse degrees didn't know what to do.
