Hi Doug, I'm hooked been watching in lockdown for nearly 3 weeks. I'm having a go with bits of wood I've collected while walking the dog and knives I've found around the house. Doug, great video! You got me into carving little dudes. I'm in love with your hillbillies and tonight I did your oddie tribute to Mike Shipley. It was my 2nd carving of yours, the first was a bear I got from a branch in California on a trip with the family. Not sure what type of tree it was but followed your steps and the wood was really hard so it made it tough. Thanks again for your videos and keep up the carving vids. Dean
