So no one else found it alarming that AFTER having a child with Jason, Ingrid wanted him to show her that he was all in and was invested in the relationship? Sometimes we really need to slow down and get to know people. It would save us so much disappointment and heartache.

It’s hard and you feel like you need him but you deserve peace and happiness. He isn’t going to give you that at least not now. You deserve to be treated the way you want to be.

New day. New thought. Jason had made a comment saying, "..its not that i dont do anything for you. Its that you always..want..more.". Envy and Gia have done very well for themselves. Id be lying if I said his endless grind doesnt inspire me. And the way Gia loves that dude is fire. But then i sit and think. Theyve been together for decades. They built that together. Grind after grind after grind together. The thought enters my mind that Gias friends see Gias life and Envys love for her and want that type of material recognition, devotion, affection, and wealth. So, i, a gf, see Gia/Envy and now that becomes the measuring stick for my relationship. My man bought me a bbq sandwich. Wasnt enough though bc Envy bough Gia filet mignon. I threw a party for your birthday. Wasnt enough though bc Envy rented out the club for Gia. Eh we bought our 1st condo together. Wasnt enough though bc Gia and Envy got a mansion in the burbs. And make no mistake, i have zero probs with Gia/Envy winning at life. But i do think its unproductive for someone else to think they are winning, losing, appreciated or valued adequately based on Gia/Envys level of success and subsequent ability to display/afford such luxuries and affections. How would you feel as a man if your girl said just give me what ole boy gave his chick and im good? How would you feel as a woman if your man said step your game up to her level and ill be satisfied. Now of course most ppl wouldnt say that out loud. But are we thinking it? Are we feeling it? Are we consciously or subconsciously projecting it onto our bfs, gfs, husbands, and wives?

I don’t like Jason energy he’s not into her. Prime example find a man that love you more than you love him.

Jason is constantly told he needs to be more communicative yet it seems he’s often being talked over or given minimal space to express himself. I can see how he shuts down because of Ingrids style of communication. I also disagree with the notion of intentions mattering more than action. Intentions without action doesn’t add up to much in my opinion. And intentions do don’t absolve someone of their actions/inactions.

I ain’t gone lie this was tough one to watch. Once Ingrid and Jason got serious and started airing out their personal issues, the podcast should have ended. To be honest I don’t see them lasting. It’s clear neither of them wants to budge on giving each other what they want because of their resentment towards each other for not getting what they want. Also, I gotta keep it another buck. Gia didn’t make it better because for every valid issue Jason had she had a “Maybe...” or a “but...” to excuse away Ingrid’s behavior and allow her to avoid accountability. That only fuels the “I’m not going to do better.” or “I don’t feel motived to do better until my partner does better.” mindset.

Ingrid seems a lil irrational with the gender roles and Jason seem like he could be very cold & disrespectfully nonchalant. He may never call her a name but his actions can be just as disrespectful. Not answering and ignoring is a trigger. Women about to jump in his DMs now frfr lol

Jason doesn’t want her. She doesn’t want him either but rejection breeds obsession. This is what “right vs wrong” conversations does to relationships. It gets you no where.

Definitely a cluster but also very entertaining. We need more group discussions! These last few episodes have been very entertaining.

Gia tried to help Jason out by implying that the reason he was entertaining the women in his dm’s May have been in response to Ingrid allowing the man in the club to touch the small of her back. Jason disagreed and said “to each is own” I see why she gets mad about him being nonchalant. He doesn’t even have a valid reason for disrespecting her and he doesn’t care about having a valid reason. He blatantly demonstrates that he doesn’t care about her feelings. This is honestly disheartening to watch and I truly feel bad for Ingrid. There are way better men out there that will treat her with more respect. I think it’s just about her believing that and believing that that’s what she deserves.

I would have liked to have heard from Benz more.

Ingrid never needed the mic, she yelled the whole time!! I can see why Jason checks out...Overall, I hope their relationship works out. I know he didn’t think this episode was going to be focused on their issues. Geesh!

Another great episode my heart goes out to Ingrid and Jason. Relationships are never easy and go through different phases. Communication is very important It’s not what you say but how you say it. They both have different love languages in what fulfills them as a spouse and couples therapy would definitely benefit them.

After watching this and really processing it, Ingrid and Jason need to get some counseling or leave each other alone and coparent.. This is some toxic ish and they have a baby. Lord help them and the baby. In the ladies episode she indicated that's she wanted to bring a third party into the relationship because her sex drive has gone down. I can see why...however that is a DIASTER waiting to happen. They need to work on each other before that happens. I applaud Gia for trying to mediate things on her friend's behalf. I guess she sees a side to this relationship that we don't see and is worth saving. Ps those girls that were in Jason's DM will be back heavy now, after watching this episode because they now know his home life isn't peaches and cream.

This episode was a lot. I’ve been rocking with y’all from the beginning and so happy to see the evolution of the Casey Crew podcast. It’s a lot of comments and opinions on Ingrid and Jason but I really do appreciate the transparency of displayed. It takes a a lot to bare this much on a public platform. I wish them the best. Please continue to bring everybody back throughout. The past three episodes have been really dope, women’s prospective, men’s perspective and all together.

I understand both Ingrid and Jason. I’m glad they had a Gia to breakdown their feelings, we all need a Gia . This all comes down to issues that they haven’t deal with before they were in a relationship. Ingrid seems like a woman who wants to be affectionate however, she not comfortable in the relationship as she doesn’t trust Jason. She pops off cus she wants to see if he cares, because she wants to feel something. You can tell with Jason, that he doesn’t know what to do anymore. He not an overly emotional person however, I feel that nonchalant people are emotional but don’t know how to express it and rather keep it to themselves. I hope they figure things out because their child can feel negative energy and in the long run it will affect them.

I would’ve broke up with Jason a long time ago.

Relationships are sometimes an even trade. Jason wants affection, submission, patience and sex (maybe even for her to drop 20lbs tbh). Ingrid wants emotional commitment, dialogue that secures her, open displays of attachment and to feel valued Ingrid is trying to force Jason to meet her needs without any effort to meet his. Jason has shut down about trying to get his needs met and is probably regretting being in that relationship

Jason!!! WHEW. master being my girlfriend 1st. Thats a whole episode right there. Heres another . All jokes aside. Why do girls come to another girls rescue when the girl is in the wrong? When Jason was finally like , "enough! Boom! Heres whats really going on!!". And then here comes her gf rescuing her from the truth . All that talking Ingrid did and yet Gia felt like she needed a bailout when Jason spoke up.

This episode was great and so relatable. I enjoyed every moment of it and am looking forward to the next group convo you guys have.

I think Ingrid and Jason are speaking different love languages and neither are hearing each other. Yes, Jason is a man of less words but something about that made Ingrid want him. Yes, Ingrid is a woman who has many words but something made Jason want Ingrid. Then came a baby. I want them to work because there is love there, each of them does not know how to portray it in the matter that the other wants and needs. They have to start by listening to hear and not to respond. I wish them luck.

I love the group discussions, but Envy and Gia, I feel there should be a moderator who none of you know. That way, we don't dwell on one thing too long and we get to hear everyone's opinion. I really wanted to hear Benz speak... I really did. Or perhaps we alternate the number of people per group discussion.... June was pretty quiet too....There's so much potential here but it needs to be moderated better. I suggest a moderator who nobody here knows. Someone who's impartial.

Another great podcast. I am like Jason....I am a very calm person and I react the same way when my wife confronts me about a situation that bothers her. I just look at her. Not because I want her to be quit. I need time to process what she is saying to me. I am not that type of person that can think at that moment to give you an answer. I am like DJ Envy.....I have NEVER called my wife out her name. And she has Never called me out my name. My wife does get upset with me because I will not discuss the issue at the time it is happening.

It’s obvious that he feels overwhelmed because of his girl aggressive personality, but at the same time that personality also brought you guys together. Here’s what I will suggest for the girl try to fall back a little on your personality of wanting to do too much, try to give that calm & collective approach kinda like how his personality is so he can feel free, more himself & less overwhelming. Can’t do the same things looking for a different result it will never work, that love will die out. always remember the simple things hits the heart deeply if that’s over looked then your relationship is in jeopardy.
