Ejjjjjj and Niniii 💕 -Me and my brother watch it and he has different opinion as well. See the way I view it is that Nini and E.J starting dating during the summer and had something going and it was really disrespectful and unfair for Ricky to interfere that. E.J wasn’t right stealing her phone and all but like the production said he has good intention but approaches them in the wrong way. However, Nini gave him trust issues to begin with by messaging her ex. So I believe Ricky deserves better and should go with Gina because he’s a softie and he needs a rock in his life. she also actually seems to value him with out making him feel like he has to meet a certain standard. But It’s just a thought lol.We all know how it’s gunna end up since we are talking about Disney.

@J hope and Jimin are yoongi Side chicks EJ is the boy with the blue eyes and dark hair, Ricky is the boy with the somewhat curly hair and Nini is the girl in the yellow (these are the characters, not the real actor's names). In the show, EJ and Nini are together after a breakup between Ricky and Nini, but most fans still root for Nini and Ricky. EJ plays Chad in their schools musical and EJ and Nini play Troy and Gabriella in the musical.

Anthony Hirsch if it’s called the series, it might sound like it’s a reboot with the original characters. But it is a musical done by students based on the HSM movies so I think the title makes sense.
