'The Cats and Dogs FLEEING Bloodshed in Ukraine'
These are the Ukrainian cats and dogs that have been left behind, and these are the vets in eastern Poland who are rescuing them with life-saving treatment. The team at The Ada Foundation has rescued more than 400 animals so far. They hope to eventually find them new homes and have already had multiple people from across the world open up their homes to adopt the animals.

I’ve been donating to the Ukrainian animals and have also just donated food for dogs and cats to a local collection centre. I’ve got a dog and I know people are scared but hell would freeze over before I left him to fend for himself. Where I go he goes with me.

After reading the comments I'm so proud I am a Pole. People in my country really do their best to help poor refugees. Imagine, when a train to Warsaw ,with hungry Ukrainians, was passing through one of smaller towns , and they announced on the radio that soon, starving refugees would be there, local inhabitants brought loads of food , bottled water etc to the train station to feed them...

I live in Florida, but even in the event of a hurricane I would never even think of leaving without my animal. 😪 How anyone can do that & yet still say that an animal is part of their family, I will never understand. 😪 just thinking of all these 5 million people that have left & how many have left their pets behind is unimaginable.
