The problem is that the characters people care about have been on the show so long that they don't have many stories to tell, or interesting facts to learn about them. So when it comes to learning new information through banter only the newer characters have that luxury, and a lot of people just aren't interested in it because it isn't one of their favorite cast members.

I worked for many years for the Red Cross Book Fair in my town. Only about 1% of the money rasied went to expenses. We had a big team of volunteers and there were people who donated storage and other assistance. Some of the Red Cross paid staff members were involved in the project but received nothing beyond their regular pay. If they did I and I was unaware of it (I was part of the committee in charge of the project) I guarantee it wasn't much and would have been well-deserved. When someone purchased books at our Book Fair nearly the entire amount went to disaster assistance and such things as CPR/first aid classes in our area. I'm proud to have been part of such a project for 25 years---and i'm still reading the books I got from there!

Great attention to detail. At the very end of the video when the Anna Faust character (interesting surname) starts writing down information she's using a Mont Blanc pen that can be identified by the white "snowcap" at the end of the pen. The cheapest Mont Blanc pen costs just under $400.
@joo0692 жыл бұрын
Found one of those pens around the house a few years ago and started bringing it to my serving job and handing it out to customers for them to sign the check. Had no idea it was so expensive until a customer said something about it.

It is a modus vivendi. Both partners enjoy it. Some years ago, a talk show on TV, the wife of pretty famous writer mentionned that they used to do that kind of games with her husband. They enjoyed to do that outside on the River bank and visitors could see them. And that was part of the game. And she assumed that they were not creepy because it was only the both of them or/and consentant persons...

Reminds me of how when you grocery shop, the card reader asks if you'd like to donate $1.00 towards whatever charity the store "supports". Then when the chain files taxes, they don't specify the upper thousands+ dollars of customer given donations, so they get the tax write offs as well as all of the perks on their end, while not having to actually donate any of their own money/profits, but appearing as if they are while those same customers get none of the receipts or paperwork for their own donations so they don't get any of the tax write offs or perks even though it's usually the same people who donate each year. It's just one way the conglomerate stores are able to take advantage of people wanting to help others. It really makes me mad the way they are able to get over on the community/States their in, & don't even get me started on all of the lobbyists they pay to make sure laws that are supposed to protect us are twisted or done away with, while other laws are passes to keep these companies in control & further able to take advantage of the community areas.....
