As Teemo main I can say that I love Shadowflame as every tick of poison from E passive or shroom on targets on low hp crits. Works especially good with Stormsurge on squishy team comps as you get 40 penetration with Sorcerer Boots Stormsurge Shadowflame and you ignore 10 MR with malignance so they basically get oneshot by 3 items + boots teemo
