It is so true. Working on certain muscles do protect your body look at Stephen Curry he used to get injured all the time from ankle injuries and then his trainer focused on his hip flexors

I believe Chargers trading down depends on what Cardinals do. If Cardinals pick up a receiver, Chargers will trade with Vikings. If Cards trade with Vikings, Chargers will pick best available WR.

Every time the Chargers have brought in a new head coach, they have claimed they are bringing in "new team culture". Don't believe me, just go back and look at the posts in the first month of the transitions from the last regimes. Nothing means a thing until the Chargers line up on the second Sunday in September and play the game.

Where are the quality players? This roster is the worst Ive seen in 30 years as a Chargers fan. Teams like the Texans and Bears, who have been garbage forever, are loading up with weapons everywhere for their QBs, one who hasn't even played a single down in the NFL yet. What weapons has Harbaugh gotten Herbert to compete in a loaded AFC? a couple trash TEs and a fullback. This year is going to be a disaster. Prepare yourselves for a 3-4 win season.
