Before the internet, there was much less to do. So, young people tended to spend most of their lives hanging out in pubs, clubs, gigs. The 90s were just very debauched, which was the perfect environment for a great music scene. It's different now. Kids don't even need to leave their room - there's so much more to do, with KZfaq, Netflix, Social Media, Online gaming etc.

I know this song from a german movie called "Schule" which means "school"... It's about finishing school and experiencing something together one last time before becoming an adult and losing the "innocence". What I remember about this movie is when they drive with a car through a corn field and this dreamy "burned before" part comes in. It's so timeless and nostalgic...

Egroeg Llenap Glasgow Mayfair gig was the night before the Roses. We were there and didn't think we were going to get in being a couple of young looking 17 year olds with rubbish fake id (doctored birth certs) Bouncer told us not to go near the bar! Still remember the weekend well, coming home to watch Cameroon beat Argentina in the WC which my dad had recorded. Next day back to Glasgow again for Roses, getting carry out and meeting girls who had came up from Manchester day before. Great days.

spirit of the band is in the first record, some of the 12 singles are good too, me in time etc, also there are some songs on follow ups releases, overall, their songs became boring and commercial sounding, just generic, never get tired of the first record. Love Collins keys, to me he was not interchangeable-he's dead what else could they do? would be more powerful to mix in old key tracks, is what I'd do. the main prob for me, they always cancelled their tour date in my town at least 2x.
