My gosh. That is really one of the prettiest coaches I’ve seen! Interior is simply beautiful! And the high end appliances...1/2 bath... this coach covers all the bases and then some. Wow! Great job Andrew!

Awesome coach!! Hits all the High end marks, and it’s the best looking body style of any coach, especially the rear fascia. Hard to justify ever spending double this price for basically the exact same features, powered with the exact same drive train. If I were ready for a new coach, the King Aire would be the one I buy🤜🏽👌🏾💪🏾💥

Another amazing video Andrew thank you. Despite the amazing experience as these expensive RVs progress they are becoming more clinical with less character in my opinion. I love the craftsmanship of the Amish cabinets and woodwork whereas this is something we can see in most modern houses. I’m a fan of the bigger showers and comfort overall however I’m still attracted to the older craftsmanship. Spot on with the solar panels and I hope all RVs will consider doing this. One more thing is that the kitchen in a lot of motorhomes are not designed for chefs who need more than two burners/hobs. To entertain and feed friends the facilities for cooking and very restricted. Perhaps more outside cooking could solve this problem.

Exterior is a 10. Interior is amazing. Maybe a little to contemporary for some. Still an amazing coach anyone would be proud to own.

A good interview with the previous owner to fully disclose why they got rid of it, regardless as to why.

Newmar has really stepped up their game. That is a VERY nice coach with a very competitive price.

Really nice coach Andrew and you did an excellent job of taking us through it. I would even say your selling skills keep getting better, hopefully your collecting well for these? I however struggle to understand why you would buy a Newmar coach for this amount when you know within 3 years it will be $500-600K or less. You can easily buy a used Prevost or Newell and get much more coach. Either way, folks do like to buy them.

Very nice! Did the 1st owner ever use it? That is a good price considering it's only a year old and what you get. This King Aire should not be on the lot for long. Thanks for sharing, Andrew.

A beautiful coach like that in that condition with that few miles makes me wounder, did they take to big a bit out of the apple or is the coach a Lemon in Key lime pie clothing.

Andrew you forgot to mention the house battery capacity or voltage, or the KWh of the roof solar. Very important stuff, meaning it should be possible subject to the number sto survive over night on the battery whilst still having mains power...... then gives a clue how long it would take for the solar to charge the batteries

Only $955,000.00 short this month........but agree it's a very nice coach and personally like the colors inside and out 100%. And I thought in 2005 spending $100K was way crazy for a Class A (Gas).....I hope the next buyer enjoys it as much as I would!

How is Newmar not using the K4 chassis in these? For the inflated price tag to not use the best production chassis available is shameful.

Nice coach Andrew, I will say this, if anyone would see how the water lines, drain tube, and electrical is run on most the mass produced production coach with a kitchen side, they would not sleep at night,. Just me but I prefer a non slide kitchen in a mass produced production coach. Andrew, if you could next time you are at Newell Coach show how they run their mechanicals with a kitchen slide vs a mass produced production coach.

While I like the slide headroom, I noticed Newmar eliminated overhead cabinets, which is pretty dramatic storage reduction…how has this been addressed?

Don't like the floorplan, cabinets no good- give me wood, no interior storage in living room, don't like a full wall slide, that large rear bath sink is nuts. I liked the large shower.

It looks like none of the windows open. Nice to have the great view, But non-openable windows. Need to run the AC all the time
