I have been using this robotic vaccum for the last 2 months.its very useful. The only bad thing about it is that after mopping my floor smell bad.even after I washed with hands and dried the mop pad in sunlight completely before use.

If you have a problem getting the cushions/pads wet with the base station on first use, you must use a syringe and inject 10ml to prime the pump at the water intake in the base station, below from the clean water tank. This allows the pump to start and then it works. It is also necessary to set the water volume to the maximum on MI HOME. This method works for DREAME L10S ULTRA, XIAOMI MIJIA OMNI B101CN, XIAOMI MIJIA X10+ B101GB

Hey Nathanaël, thank you a lot for this comment. I bought recently my Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X10+ and I was having that problem. After doing what you mentioned, and also over the robot water entrance, it has started to work fine. I hope Xiaomi fix this for the future customers. ;)

Hi, all. I tried to inject the water from the water intake, but the water came out from the back of the station. Does that mean the station is broken?

My station does send water to clean the mop pads, but the robot every time starts cleaning without water, it basically mops with dry pads. Only after I manually tell the station to clean the mop pads the robot mops with water. Any ideas, the syringe trick is not applicable as my robot takes the water, but it does not do it on its own. Also, should the robot always first clean the pads before starting the cleaning process?

Its "brother" Dreame W10 is normally available for purchase here. It's possible that Xiaomi has a contract with Dreametech that they are not allowed to offer these clones in certain markets. Dreametech is building its own presence here as a confident brand with the most advanced robots that has no competition.
