Todays video reaches way back into the footage archives over a year, to when I diesel swapped my sears suburban “mudding mower” that I built ten years ago!

You're missing a pulley, it goes in behind the clutch linkage on the right side.

Nice find….did you hit a surplus outlet…? The 48 is a smaller version…but very useful….the larger ones L100 are electric start…

This thing has always been kind of a rattley motor. It does have the 6 speed Hi and Lo trans so I would say it doesn't officially have a granny gear but it is geared plenty low.

$15 engine of course you hauled it home so Id give $25 something like if I was looking that seems fair. Of course if your one of those that buy for next to nothing do nothing to it and ask the price of gold no wander it didn’t sell . I have a lot of these engines if you treat it right and don’t beat on it it’ll outlast that unit
