I was a hard core Rammstein fan, but when I saw them live in Denver Colorado, I had never seen any band put that much blood, sweat and tears into a performance....my gal who has been to hundreds of concerts, said it was the best of all that she had seen

They're hidden on the side/top of the stage depending on the venue, they put them in place when the lights are dark just before the track
