Basically, the reason that it evaporated the sword is because the clear command was successful, BUT the cloning wasn't. So to fix the cloning, make sure that you have the absolute correct clone position with the ~'s, that is the biggest thing, and also, make sure the chain command block is on conditional always active, and the cloning command should look something like this: (Note replace the numbers after the tildes with different numbers based on what your Chest UI looks like) /clone ~1 ~ ~ ~1 ~ ~ ~1 ~3 ~4. Basically, the first two sets of coordinates should be where your chest is, while the final set is where it is cloning to. Remember that the position of where you are cloning to does NOT have two sets of coordinates. Hope this helps!

So... yes, but later on it will become an issue, I would NOT recommend just putting the coords - it makes it a lot longer of a process when we are actually making the islands. If you're fine with doing a longer process, you can use the coords but again, would not recommend.

@Explosive Staff, To minimalize work for later in this series, try to use the "~", or tildes as they are also called, and it may be different coords based off where you made your version of the chest UI, but the general idea is the same throughout all of it, try to clone it using tildes.

Unfortunately, that's what is supposed to happen if they don't have enough iron, there isn't an easier way to test for it that doesn't have that side effect.

Basically, what is happening with the sword is that it is trying to "buy" the sword (assuming the sword you are clicking is in the chest UI), so it clears you of the sword and because, (again assuming you don't have enough items to buy it), it will just not keep the sword in the chest UI. It's a bit confusing, but I hope this helps anyways!

I had the same problem, i think hes talking about the sword on the main thing, the one that sais weapons on it, Its probably not working because your chain command block is set to unconditional instead of conditional but im not really sure so ya

Yes, but you will have to use slightly different syntax

Not necessarily, the chest can be really far away, all you need to do is change the clone distance and the r= in the command block.

For minecraft pocket edition, it will just be in the symbols area somewhere, same for Xbox and Ps4 or 5, although I have no idea what those ones look like as I have never tried them, and for windows 10, just look on the left side of your keyboard right under esc.

If the game is saying that the data value doesn't exist, that probably means you are putting a data value that is too high; note that Mojang has changed the way some of the data values work, so unless you are using a sword or something that has durability, just put a data value of 0, because that is the only one that will work at the moment. It's very simple, just put down an impulse command block, and chain 3 command blocks out of it, then in each one put something different, like /tag @p remove Red, /tag @p remove Blue, /tag @p remove Yellow, and /tag @p remove Green. Hope this helps!
