Okay, people: Paula Deen admitted to saying the N-word 30 YEARS BEFORE THEN (35 years now). What Southern person did NOT say it back in the early-80's?!? Hell, I was born and raised in NYC, and *I* occasionally said it back then, along with scores of White kids - typically the Italian-Type Toughies - saying it 1000x more than I did. Look, it happened, we've learned how wrong that word is, we now realize the 400 years of pain and suffering that horrible word represents...but to act all holier-than-thou about it, and make like NONE of us ever said it in our lives, and somehow only Paula Deen ever did? FUCKING BULLSHIT. And HYPOCRITICAL-AS-FUCK. And out-and-out LYING. Look, life is all about learning better as you get older, so that you can become a better, more honest person. Obviously, Paula Deen has learned from the past, and has become a much better person for it. Others literally destroying her TV career over a terrible word she - and the ones who fired her - uttered years ago is the ULTIMATE in hypocrisy.

I can't stand hearing people name every color of the rainbow when referencing ethnicities. There are no purple or green people! Annoying!!

That's a really dumb ass thing to be annoyed by.

Susan Lee It's become a WAY overly clichéd thing to say when having this discussion about race/racism/stereotypical racist speech, to such an extent as to demean the subject altogether. So, yeah, it annoys me too.

only liberals get annoyed and offended by literally everything.
