💫🇵🇪Perú querido...eres maravilloso por tu extraordinaria diversidad en Costa (mar) sierra y selva.. Orgullosa de ser Peruana!!!! Que viva el día del AJI!!!! Cuando preparo la Causa,para darle ese color amarillo (que no es con papas amarillas) Le agrego la crema del aji amarillo..queda riquísimo..le da un sabor único ...y con un buen relleno la causa queda de lujo 😁..lindo video..graciad💫 Saludos desde Italia (Florencia)

Excelente reportaje yo tengo en mi huerta 4 tipos de aji dulce, aji limo, aji charapita, ojito de pescado, corazon de paloma y pinguito de mono, saludos desde Puerto Maldonado, el verdadeto oriente del Peru
