Thank you so much for these videos! Do you have a recommendation for an acupuncturist and herbalist interested in learning more? The idea of having Yang Sheng exercises and activities customized for each two week period to share with patients, and do myself, seems like a great idea.

Henry McCann often writes about the 24 jieqi and nourishing life (yangsheng) on his blog and in Facebook. Otherwise, I have a couple of books in Chinese about it. But often the food recommendations are Chinese things I never heard of or don't have access to.

I just found out, Tom Bisio recently published a book about this called "Eight Winds in the Heavens: Seasonal Health Secrets and Qi Gong Exercises from Daoist Sages that Prevent Disease and Promote Optimal Health & Vitality". I haven't seen it yet.
