When new characters are introduced could you do a freeze frame and place their names on them I think it would help a lot with identifying characters

I love how the customs scene in South Africa the customs officers have Norwegian police uniforms ... Trust me i`ve been arrested many times in Norway so i know the uniform and emblem/badge when i see it ....
